I started working with Josh back in 2021, when I was recovering from repeated hip injuries and struggling to find new motivation after stepping away from distance running. He not only helped me rebuild my strength and confidence but taught me so much about different styles of strength training based on my goals, whether it was setting a deadlift PR or building killer quads, shoulders, etc.

Josh Earwood is a great coach.I've been with him since 2019 with an interest in powerlifting. He didn't look at my age. He just worked with me and supported me. To date, I've done two meets. My lifts have gotten better and I'm stronger. I'm 61 with no plans of stopping anytime soon.
