Nulife staff are very awesome they mean business while training multiple people. They gets the job done and it makes me very motivated. I lost a lot a weight attending new life before. I came back from heart failure to get back at it again. Just visiting nulife makes me self motivated and ready! I can also say they keep they locations very clean and organized. I love they smoothies its the bomb lol.. I recommend any one to NULIFE. Its a awesome place to get your work out on and a healthy start.

The classes have been a great work out. The only thing I'd like is if the instructors would do the class along with the class. It's just more motivation when the instructor is going hard too! Its still a really good workout though.
The step and cycling classes are high energy and so much fun but you gotta learn how to do the different movements.
I look forward to learning it all...

Does not stretch the body first. You may hurt yourself. Be very careful because that is not the best practice for a good routine. Stretching is always better before you begin. I think they just care about the money first.
