We absolutely love this studio and the studio staff. My daughters have started at the age of 2 and they’re so patient and welcoming to the itty bitty dancers. We’ve been on the different company teams and have enjoyed those experiences as well. The studio owners have done frequent check-ins with my teenager on company to make sure school isn’t falling behind.

I have been appalled by the lack of organization, respect and professionalism by the owner and her husband over the time we have been at this studio. How they have treated both my wife and daughter does not sit well with me. The fact that the husband of the owner snapped and yelled at my wife in their “waiting room” for asking a simple question about performance ticket sales for no reason other than his “business frustrations” is why I feel obligated to share my overall perception and experience. The moment the owner referred to my daughter’s group as “fools” in an unprofessional manner and took her “business frustrations” out on them has made it necessary for me to provide a voice where my daughter can’t as a 6 year old. The owner should have never referred to these children in any light as “fools” regardless of excuses given and showed no genuine care or concern for the behavior.

While we love the friends and families we have met here - we looked into a situation brought up from a rehearsal and wanted the truth about what happened. Multiple students shared a similar experience from the same class and I believe multiple students over the one adult any day. This caused an issue with the owner who was the one instructing at the time. We had a contract with studio for the year and we were "let go" by the owner for not trusting her word against a large handful of young children. We feel we were treated more of a client and a source of income rather than valued as human beings including our 6 year old daughter who was called names and an embarrassment (as were others in the group) and verbally berated for missing some steps in their routine.

They are so patient and good with kids. Knowing how to instruct at so many different levels, based on your specific dancers individual needs. I love how serious but also welcoming to everyone this studio is. The staff not only teaches there but almost all teach at actual schools as well, with a wide variety of ages. So they know patience and flexibility for sure! Definitely not one of those snobby dance companies. They take care of business, get your child to excel to the best of their ability all while providing a welcoming family atmosphere that everyone is comfortable being a part of! We just love NYE Dance Productions! If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heart because they definitely are amazing there!!
