So, this is not your typical review. I am a 68 yr old female in great need of increased stability and strength. I had an accident last year with injuries and now recovered (mostly). Returned to the gym about a month ago. Strength training has been amazing!! Walking up and down stairs easier, putting shoes and socks on without falling over, and noticeably stronger with everyday tasks. This gym has great trainers that listen and take into account individual issues. Give it a try!!

This place is truly amazing — words can’t fully express how much it means to me. The trainers are incredible, genuinely friendly, and make it feel like home. I actually look forward to coming in, sharing laughs, and burning calories! I haven’t felt this good in over 10 years.
I’ve been through a lot, and honestly, I had given up. But coming here gave me hope again. They say the gym can be your makeover — and it’s absolutely true. Roger, TJ, Dan, Maria and the rest of the staff! You are all phenomenal. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. After several years without consistent exercise, training at OPT has been far more motivating and effective than working out on my own. Although I mostly work with Roger, the whole team is excellent. Each session is enjoyable, and I highly recommend OPT for anyone wanting to improve their fitness!

JT is so kind, understanding, nonjudgmental, and encouraging (to state a few)!
Him and his team are willing to work with me and my limitations, while encouraging me and regularly checking in on how I’m handling everything we are doing. I have never done strength training and he takes the time to thoroughly explain what we are doing and how to properly do it, while answering every question I have no matter how small. Truly takes the anxiety and stigma out of working out for the first time. Everyone knows each other here and is incredibly kind and personable. I truly cannot recommend TJ and the team enough.

Before coming to OPT, I’d sign up for gym memberships, wander around for 3 months and quit. I’ve been coming to OPT 3-4x/week for a 1.5 years. I love that I don’t have to think about my workouts. They plan it out, keep it interesting, and keep you on track. Highly recommend!

So Ohio Personal Fitness changed names from Fitness Together this last year BUT nothing changed on the inside. The location in downtown Hudson is so convenient being right in the back of 1st and Main near Snip-its. I’ve been able to work out with 4/5 of the trainers and they are ALL fantastic and different in their training techniques. Some people like working out with the same trainer which people can do here but I enjoy mixing it up. You have the one on one training in a private room but also get to know great people in their other clients.
I like having a schedule same day/ same time 3 days a week. But if I can’t make a in one day it’s so easy to reschedule and grab another time! Definitely great for young and old ! If you want a great place to workout - I highly recommend OPT!!

Not your Father's "Gym"! Personalized and customized workouts, with a courteous and professional staff. Even before COVID, they stressed cleanliness. The facility and equipment are always neat, and clean. At first, I thought I was crazy for paying someone to torture me but then I realized, they aren't torturing me! They are helping me become a better version of myself! After working with Fitness Together for a few months now, I'm shocked at the changes that I see and feel every day. I am not only working out but I'm learning the proper way to train my body. I have made so much progress toward my goals with Fitness Together. I've been working with my trainer Mara for 2 and a half years. In that time I've gone from getting winded walking up stairs to completing a half marathon. It's one trainer and client per room. Even before the pandemic, Mara was very disciplined about cleaning and sanitizing equipment before and after use. I have no worries about covid safety there. I would highly recommend Mara and Fitness Together to anyone trying to be a better healthier version of themselves.

Been immensely pleased with my experiences here. Have been coming in 2-3 times/week for 3+ months now, and both seeing and feeling real results. Staff is not just knowledgable but collegial and encouraging. They communicate well, lay out an individualized plan based on you and your goals, and then work hard with you to help you get there. The facilities are spacious, and incredibly clean. And I know I see them cleaning and sanitizing after each customer leaves before you are allowed to come back to your private training area, which has made me feel safe during this time. Of all the things I have tried for improving my health, this is the only one that I am sticking with, and actually look forward to on training days! With their guidance and support, I reached my first goal (which was a blessing), and am now 100% confident of reaching any goal we set together. I am thankful that someone referred me here. If you have been considering it, I would highly encourage you to give it a try!

I joined Fitness together in August, 2 months prior to having my knee replaced. I was out of shape and very overweight. I was very limited because my right knee was bone on bone. I knew this would negatively impact my surgical outcome which is why I joined. In two months I lost 10 lbs and lots of inches. I tripled and quadrupled what I could physically do. The trainers I worked with were able to work around my limitations and still help me accomplish all this. They were very motivating and fun! I am now 90 days post surgery and have returned to Fitness Together to reach my goal of returning to good health! My surgeon and physical therapist continually commented on how strong I was and the amazing progress I made post surgery! I cannot say enough good things about this organization and the wonderful staff!

Worth every dime!! I see many comments about the cost of working with trainers at FT and I really feel the people did not do their homework and comparing to other facilities or individuals who do training on their won. You totally get what you pay for. And FT is worth every $$. I have been a part of numerous work-out facilities and have had a few trainers in the past 10 years so I feel I come from a place of great experience. This time around I did a fair amount of "shopping" to find the right fit. Coming off from two major surgeries in three years, I really had to be particular this time around. I needed someone who was going to REALLY listen to my needs and build a program around my goals and also take into consideration I am still healing and need to get my strength back. FT has done this and even more. After another injury that took me out for 4 weeks, both Andrew and TJ kept in touch with me every single week to so how I was progressing. They also offered various ideas of how to get my back healed and back to working out as soon as possible. It is fun to go there and I look forward to seeing everyone and missed them while I was recovering. I went to FT in bad shape at less than zero. I have MS, and a stroke during brain surgery for an aneurysm impacted my balance (2014). They are working with me for gait, balance, strength, and fitness. I see and feel a marked difference after one week. FT performed an assessment to determine my levels of ability and designed a plan for me. They will assess every 5 weeks. I've had lots of PT but still struggle with walking balance coordination stamina and strength. This group seems to be more focused on my whole body and brain connection than PT did in the past.

I've been very happy with my experiences at Fitness Together in Hudson. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. Online tracking and scheduling of workouts is very convenient, and the emails from "virtual coach MAX" are helpful. The staff is very nice and professional. My trainer Taylor is phenomenal. I'm making great progress with his guidance and encouragement. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Fitness Together.

Well, it took me 3 months of saying "I'll start exercising tomorrow" before I actually did start. And I started at the Best Place Possible! -- Fitness Together Hudson.
The entire Hudson Team makes each session -- my session. They are experts in what they do. My goals are their goals. Each exercise session is pre-planned so we get right to the workout. Every 5 weeks I complete a 6 step fitness assessment. The results are immediately reviewed and compared to my last assessment, I like that! My hard work shows up in the measurements. Then we set new goals, great way to keep my training momentum going!

I left a few hours ago for school (Purdue University) and I'm sooo excited! :)
In terms of fitness, I'm running every day and have been going to lift weights at the gym alot. I'm officially down 25 lbs!

You have an awesome team!! Bill and I benefit greatly from our FT experience. The personal interest everyone takes in our health and wellbeing is felt every time we come there. The “Jenns” are amazing and do not let us get by without giving our all- which is appreciated! Josh has been terrific in developing customer loyalty through his FT sessions as well as planning events such as Warrior Dash and running on Sundays. As a business owner I know that it’s all about people and you have a great group!

Great workouts...always something different...positive reinforcement...positive trainers..nice and cheerful..knowledgeable ....able to custom tailor a workout that is challenging and rewarding .best decision i made was to have a trainer because they push me harder than i can push myself and i get a better workout...and most importantly, better results
