Start saying no to stress and overwhelm and yes to a full and joyous life.
If you are chronically living in these states you may feel extremely agitated, like everything is against you or that you are stuck.
You may hear yourself saying things like, “enough is enough,” “things need to change,” “I’m done,” “I’m always exhausted.”
Yoga and meditation teach us how to be present in our body and mind. It is through that awareness of where we stand in a moment that we can move past stress, overwhelm, tension and dis-ease in the body and mind and in to a state of over all well-being.

Savana at Om Your Day is such a breath of fresh air, and so full of light and love. I’m brand new to yoga but I didn’t feel brand new at all. My session was so enjoyable, peaceful, informative, and I didn’t feel out of place at all, because she met me exactly where I was. After the session I felt so comfortable, relaxed, confident, and ready to keep growing. I can’t recommend Savana and Om Your Day enough. So grateful.

This afternoon, I had a Thai yoga massage session with Savana. She has always done a great job relieving whatever ails me. I have been under a lot of stress lately and went into my session bothered by upper back pain and (almost daily) headaches. I am happy to say that for the first time in a long time, I don't have a headache. I have suffered from frequent headaches since I was eight years old, and I had almost forgotten what it's like to not be in pain. I am grateful for Savana, both as a service provider and as a human being. I highly recommend her.

One of the best things I ever did was schedule private yoga sessions with Savana. I have a torn left shoulder muscle and Savana has modified some of the poses so they would not cause any discomfort. I have seen improvement in the flexibility of my left arm. Look forward to my next sessions with Savana.
