On My Mat Yoga offers yoga classes and other healing modalities. Our second floor studio offers an open atmosphere with natural light and views of the sky and tree tops. Class sizes are small, so we offer an intimate setting. All experience levels are welcome as Kathleen, Registered Yoga Teacher, offers customized cues so everyone has a positive yoga practice to meet their specific needs.

Each practice is so very special and targets the positive energy flow within the body. The opportunities to pause and take moments to feel the flow of energy through the body is so rewarding. I started classes with Kathleen during Covid via zoom and I love it. She is flexible and she works with you based on your questions and concerns. I never thought yoga had enough cardio for me but it sure does eliminate those everyday aches and pains that you get in your 60's. Also does help to streamline the body.
