I love the Pilates reformer classes at One Love! The smaller, semi-private class size allows for personalized correction to your form and the flow is different for each class. Anne is an amazing and knowledgeable instructor and I love going to her classes!

I have now been going here for a couple years and I couldn't say enough about it. The instructors are very intentional, caring and creative in their practices. They always offer variations suitable to everyone's needs. In addition, the studio is always looking for ways to engage yogis in a variety of ways, including workshops, yoga classes with different specialities, and now, private reiki and Thai massage sessions. They are always finding new ways to grow and meet the needs of their customers. Thank you all so much for all that you do!

I’m new to Yoga and I enjoy Anne’s Yoga Basic class on Saturday mornings. I’ve been to other studios in the area & came running back to Anne at One Love Yoga. I’m very excited for my next class because I know my body & mind will feel amazing after. The studio’s in a nice location, surrounded by flowers & near the woods. Here’s to many more classes!!

This is the best yoga studio I've been to. Every instructor is excellent and yet unique so you will learn a lot from all the variety. You can get a great workout here, but it's a place where you get what you want out of it, and I know that it's never JUST a workout. There are always some great meditation and philosophy tips. And the store is really great and a nice place to get unique gifts.
