The studio offers a variety of classes from beginner's yoga, meditation, and classes that are more advanced. They also offer Thai Yoga massage. The instructors/practitioners are very well educated and strive to CONTINUE their educations to provide everyone with the best care possible.

On Saturdays, they have a yoga class that incorporates the 12 steps of drug/alcohol recovery. *This class is free but donations are accepted
They offer sooo many workshops as well.
There is something for everyone at One Love Yoga.

Angie is wonderful! I have been going for Thai Yoga massage sessions and it has helped tremendously. It is a beautiful balance of traditional bodywork & deep stretching...the best! The studio is both comfortable and full of great energy. A wonderful place to go within and move in a more positive direction of well-being. So grateful for One Love Yoga!

Very intimate small space. Awesome instructors. lots of sound therapy which was awesome. Instructor catered the class to the wants/needs of students. I enjoyed the flexibility. Not a "workout class" but a true mind, body, spirit experience. Enjoy.
