I would highly recommend One More Rep to anyone regardless of fitness level. The team there does a great job of assessing your personal needs and helping you execute the best plan to reach your fitness goals. They have a commitment-free system; no need to buy packages, which for me was a great way to try it out. They take great care to be sure you will be injury free during workouts and cater to any existing injuries you may have. One More Rep gets a five star review from me!

I can't say enough good things about One More Rep! I hate working out but the workouts here are shorter and more focused so you get optimum results. Adam is so experienced and knows how to push you to your limits and Kenny distracts you so you forget you are even working out. I can't believe these people got me to actually exercise, haha! I am definitely a customer for life!

I love going to the 30 minute HIIT class taught by either Tim or Adam. There is always great energy in the room and they push you the perfect amount to where you are motivated but not discouraged! Highly recommend this class for anyone who wants an effective workout with not a lot of time.

I have been training with Adam, Kevin, and Tim since August 2016. The first day, I told Adam my goal: to be a healthy, active 80-year-old (Note: I've since revised that to heathy, active 100-year-old - this place makes you ambitious!)
In the first year and a half, my body fat decreased by 8 percentage points and I added 6-7 pounds of muscle. I am far stronger than I was 2 summers ago and it is no exaggeration to say I am in the best shape of my 41-year-old life. The sessions are time efficient and very effective. I remember thinking, "how much can you accomplish in 30 minutes?" That question has been resoundingly answer with, "A lot!" Lower body, core, and upper body all get worked in every workout, and the pace if fast enough to have a cardio component (a bonus!).
I like training one-on-one with people who know how to push me so my muscles are worked hard, but without causing injury. In the past, I would train on my own or with buddies and often guessed wrong about when to push myself (causing injuries) and when to go easy (resulting in minimal benefit). Getting guidance from the expertise of the trainers at One More Rep is one of the best decisions I've made.

Went to a class here for the first time today. Had a great experience and great start to my day. The instructor was Tim, who was very encouraging! The classes are a great price, I did the 30 min Intensity, and it went by very fast. I burned 189 calories, and I'm sure I could've burned more if I pushed myself more. Definitely worth it!
