Jake is the absolute best when it comes to specific performance training. For the last 2 years, he has trained our Volleyball team and pushed them to become better each time. I highly recommend Jake and Optimal Performance Fitness!

Great atmosphere with welcoming trainers and fellow athletes. Gino, Jake and Meredith have been nothing but encouraging every time I step into the gym! Nine months post partum, and I workout mostly at home, but since joining the 5:30 AM bootcamps and Weekend Warrior session, I've sparked more joy in my training again. I enjoy the extra push from others and all the trainers are so helpful at ensuring proper form. Love adding this to my regimen!

I went to a workout session last year with a friend of mine and have been attending strength training sessions twice a week ever since! I am improving and have learned so much! I especially am grateful for learning correct form! I have been free from injury as I have learned many new thingsI I am making milestones I thought Iโd never be able to accomplish! I would recommend OPF to everyone! Young and old! So many options available from youth sports training , group classes, 1:1 sessions! Positive atmosphere and they know what they are doing!! I've been doing personal training at OPF since the very beginning, following Jake from a previous job. If you are looking for a gym that motivates you and holds you accountable this is your place! Not only do they push you physically but mentally also. Not to mention my kids also love when they do group training too!

OPF trainers are fantastic; they are goal orientated, fun and so welcoming! Gino is excellent to work with; flexible, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. Iโve been training with him for over 6 months and have had tremendous results. He does a great job of balancing my personal goals while at the same time keeping me focused and motivated. Gino is very thorough when explaining our workouts and shows us a variety of different techniques. He also is very patient and makes sure everyone is doing their workouts correctly before moving forward. He makes sure we push ourselves to the best of our ability and I look forward to coming in to workout and don't see it as a bother.

I came into this workout facility hoping to see an increase in my strength, speed, and health, and I feel like I have definitely seen all of those happen here! I loved how much one on one attention I was able to get because it really helped bring the focus to technique and getting stronger the right way. I also wanted to come here because I like to be pushed when I am working out, and as a collegiate volleyball player, I definitely had the intensity I was looking for in a personal trainer! I would definitely recommend Optimal Performance Fitness to anyone looking to increase their game in any sport or just their health in general!

Where do I begin?! I started working out with Jake a few years ago. Before that, I only really ran and did cardio. Training with Jake was life changing for my fitness journey. I always believed I was physically weak, and couldnโt be a person who lifted weights. Jake taught me so many different strength training and weight lifting exercises, and made me less intimidated to do them. Through personal training with him, and then a boot camp class with him, I actually noticed muscle definition for the first time in my life, as well as feeling physically and mentally strong. He has completely changed the way I feel about my body and look at exercising now. I can honestly say I would not be as confident in the gym as I am not without working with Jake. Beyond that, he is so easygoing, kind, sincere and makes working out fun. If you train with him, you will not be disappointed!
