I have been a member for about 10 years. I have been so impressed with how I have not ever done the same workout twice. The coaches are amazing and care. I joined OT one month ago. I am thrilled with how welcome I have been made to feel as someone that is 50+ and not as proficient as many. Stopped by for a quick workout while visiting Dublin. Came to 7p class during the week and there were only about 10 of us. Lauren at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Coach Zane was energetic and motivating.

I believe there were 13 stations and all equipment was in good order. Treadmills were the lower profile ones that go up to 15mph. Rowers all had the tablets.

Good place to come for a workout. Friendly front desk with good coaches.

I LOVE OTF but specifically OTF Dublin. I joined when I was 4 months pregnant. Every single coach made a concerted effort to approach me during each workout and trailer it specifically to my prenatal needs/limitations. Even since having my son, it has continued to be the absolute BEST workout. The coaches are approachable, likable and motivating. The classes are challenging and exciting to attend. Not to mention, the sense of community this location offers. Cannot speak higher of OTF Dublin.

I was so impressed with how welcoming OTF is! I thought I would be intimidated, but I quickly learned how there are no judgements - go at your own pace! I'm really getting challenged with the weights, but that's the reason I signed up - I need to build muscle as I get older. The coaches always have good suggestions for alternatives if you're still getting used to the different exercises. The coaches also make an effort to get to know you in class, which is really cool. It is motivating to go, and I always feel great when I leave. I love the Dublin studio.

Although my primary OTF location is at a different location, there is a big difference in quality of instructors, fitness machines and it makes me want to frequently come back to this specific location . Orange Theory Fitness Dublin, OH is the first OTF studio in Ohio...and it shows. Not only are all of the trainers fantastic and experienced, but the studio is a training ground for many who go on to be trainers for other studios across the country. Absolutely amazing staff...I dont know how they can smile and be so cheery at 6am, but they've always brightened my day and made me feel ready to rock out a workout.

The sessions are intense but extremely doable regardless of your fitness stage or age, because the heart rate monitors make it easy to see what percentage of your max heart rate you are working out at. And the OTV screens show how hard everyone's working, which makes it even that much more fun, because you can compete against others or against yourself...or BOTH!! Each workout is slightly different which makes going everyday doable and interesting. And the process, when combined with healthy eating habits, truly works!!

Lastly, and one of the most amazing things, especially about my studio, is the community. Even with recent challenges due to COVID-19, the online presence through social media and OTF's app for out of studio workouts has been heartwarming. They coaches always go out of their way to check in and ensure we are doing our best (even when we can't) be there. I love my team at OTF Dublin...they are almost like family at this point. As are the folks I work out with!! They are ALL fantastic!! I could never see myself working out anywhere else!!

Orangetheory is a great place to get a high intensity workout in during your busy week. although your working out with others, you are totally on your own. The harder you work out your heart rate monitor records your progress by giving you splat points. HIIT is a fat burning exercise that keeps your metabolism up for a day or two after your workout burning fat.
It has helped me lose weight and stay in shape. I get to eat what I want when I work out.
The instructors Evan, Patrick, Courtney and Jennifer are very inspiring and help as needed. All their staff is wonderful to work with.

Abbie and Coach Evan went out of their ways to make sure we were informed, included, and comfortable! As far as the workout itself- I would never push myself that much on an independent workout. You get a VERY effective full body workout with a feeling of personal training. The OTF program takes the guesswork out of the demotivating mindset of “am I doing the right things and for long enough” most of us have trying to navigate the gym on our own. The in class feedback from the monitors combined with your data automatically updated to the app is a nice touch and gives a sense of progress. All these intangible, emotional (motivating) benefits happen if you simply show up ready to go for any of their upbeat, never the same classes. OTF fills in the gaps if you are not an “expert” which most aren’t. Well worth it!

The ability to monitor HR and see what "zone" you are is very helpful. Without that guidance, it's sometimes hard to push yourself to your full potential. I also like the variety of music, especially the remixes from '90s hip hop! I also like that the coaches are motivating and non-judgmental. They always encourage proper form, even if you are seasoned. They take the time to understand your goals.

I’ve never been to Orange Theory but have heard good things, tried to sign up on line, but their form returned invalid so decided to go in for a 4:15 class- after finding child care and hurrying through rush hour traffic on a Friday night, they turned me away because I didn’t arrive 30 minutes prior to 4:15. I find this inexcusable to a first time client who was previously excited to try OTF. This 30 minute get-to-know-you meeting did not appear anywhere on their website and is not part of their intro form. Awful customer experience and will NOT be back, and will warn others away. Too many boutique gyms have great customer service for me to choose this one above the rest. Who turns away a first time customer because they didn’t appraise them of a 30 minute intro prior to a 60 minute class?!? If I could give a negative star, I would.

All of the Dublin trainers are personable and energetic. I like that the coaches encourage each member to go above and beyond to improve and get stronger every day. They encourage rest, taking care of our body, and challenging ourselves with standard workouts. I like that no two workouts are ever the same and there is a full body effort, not just cardio or just rowing.

The coaches are hands down the best part about Orange Theory. They really do motivate me to push a little harder and get the most out of my workout. They also always seem to notice when I have bad form or need extra help with a move even when the class is full. I also love that every workout is different and that I always feel challenged.
