PACT Training Center is truly one of a kind! It’s the most welcoming, inclusive space I’ve ever worked out in. Patrick goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. He takes the time to get to know each member and is always ready to modify workouts for those with injuries or specific needs, making sure everyone gets a safe and effective workout. His energy and encouragement make a huge difference! I never thought I’d be someone who looked forward to working out, but this gym has completely changed that for me. It feels like a real community, and I’m so grateful to be part of it.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences at PACT. Patrick offers great workouts that are challenging but also accessible to all levels of fitness. He is attentive during workouts and modifies where necessary, ensuring that you have good form to prevent injury. The workouts are varied every time, and I never leave without having gotten a full body workout. The environment in the adult bootcamps is so fun and encouraging, I am always excited to go. This is a must join gym!

I really like training at PACT with Coach Sawyers even though my legs feel like jello when I leave! He is fun and energetic and really wants everyone to get better. I’ve learned a lot of different exercises feel like I’m getting stronger each time.

I can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment you walk in, the energy is contagious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The instructors are true professionals who know how to push you to your limits while keeping it fun.
