Every single bench in the gym is ripped up. Water fountain dispenses lukewarm water. If you go any day during the week from 4-8 good luck. If you look up on any machine there is spider webs and dust. Only postive to this place is the people, and the sauna. At 30+ a month they gotta get their shit together, or it’s going to start going downhill fast.

It's great gym open 247 when less gyms are. It's old school but great . Got a big turf for sports but got tires ECT to use on it as well. Check them out!

Serious about your training? So is this place. Amazing variety of equipment, and a badass little outside area. I'm cruising through on business, I signed a waiver and they charged me next to nothing for a day pass. Unfortunately for me I hit he after work crowd, so the place was REALLY packed- except the rusty outside equipment, which I was MORE than happy to occupy. If you need all new equipment and a bleached environment, this place is not for you. If you're trying to get strong or big and you want access to a WIDE variety of equipment, hit it up.

finally a gym that has every piece of equipment you could ask for every type of workout. You could tell it stays update as newer equipment is released. Awesome upgrades at new location off harrison. It's very clean, open 24/7, plenty of space you can get in and get your workout done!
