Paul Tessler is a great golf coach for all levels, from beginners to seasoned golfers. Highly recommend Paul's group lessons, which I've enjoyed for years, or a private lesson for a "Tessler tune-up!"

Took the 1 day Grave Golf Academy class at Paul's facility. AWESOME experience. Pail taught the fundamentals of the Single Plane golf swing very smoothly patiently with the participants. He was patient and explained things so clearly and gave as much help as needed. He also gave us great checkpoints to use to make sure we doing the swing properly.
Would highly recommend Paul to all who are looking to improve their golf swing...

I have been going to Paul for a great number of years. Since I have my own indoor sim I always take instruction over the winter in his indoor facility. He has helped me change my terrible golf swing into one admired by my playing partners. Every year we make changes to what I am doing wrong. Now they are minor tweeks that improve my ball striking abality. He is able to use whatever necessary to make the student understand what the body needs to do to make the proper swing. As an example my mind could not get a grip on how to change my over the top swing. Paul introduced me to the box drill and the plane of glass the swing plane needs to never break. That one thing made a world of difference for me. It was literally a light bulb moment. This past year he explained proper release. A small change that has made a huge difference. I recommend Paul very highly. My daughter is also a student, and he has helped her immensely

Paul is a great resource for improving your golf game. He is knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about golf and teaching. He has both indoor and outdoor facilities for lessons and practice. His schedule is flexible and his attitude is positive and welcoming. During his instruction, he utilizes technology such as video and drawing aids to analyze various components of the golf swing like spine angle, swing plane, and impact position. Afterwards, you can receive these images and key points from the lesson through email.
During my first session, Paul instantly identified and corrected a flaw in my setup position and foot work which I was unaware of. This change immediately improved my swing plane, shaft position throughout the swing, and impact position. Within an hour of working on this change, my ball striking improved noticeably with a long iron.
I am very pleased with the work with Paul on my golf swing and look forward to future visits and further improvement. I recommend his services to any level golfer looking to improve their game.

I am very happy with the 5 lessons that I took from Paul over the course of two weeks. He has a very laid-back attitude and is one of the nicest people that you will ever meet. More importantly, he is very knowledgeable about the game of golf and the golf swing and was able to help me make huge improvements with my game.
I definitely came to him as a beginner and after the two weeks, I was more confident in my golf game than ever before. Not only did I begin to enjoy going to the driving range or playing around with my family and friends, but I was actually hitting the ball consistently well for the first time in my life.
As someone who grew up playing sports but could never figure out golf, I am more than happy that I took the 5 lessons with Paul and would recommend him to any beginner, intermediate, or advanced player in the area. You will not regret it and you will make strides in your game that you didn't think were possible.

Paul has been my Daughter's Swing Coach for the past 3 years. She began working with Paul in her junior year of high school. At that time, she had a great work ethic and good swing mechanics, but she wanted more out of her golf game. She wanted a coach who could take her to the next level. Paul has only made minor tweaks to her swing and stance, mostly just enforcing the fundamentals as far as set up and aim. Most of his focus has been with her mental part of the game, which he is fantastic at! He would tell her not to dwell on bad shots, but to focus on hitting good shots and good scores will follow. In fact, he suggested to her to keep a diary of all her good shots. He has brought out the best in her game, and here is what I feel have been the key factors:
*confidence in her ability to make good shots
*playing more relaxed
*keeping focused
*controlling the tempo of play
*dealing/handling the pressure of the game better
My daughter did make it to the next level, she is playing college golf. She still visits Paul on a regular basis to keep her tuned mentally and to work on more advanced skills/techniques of the game.
To sum things up, I cannot say enough good things about Paul. He is a true professional and scholar of the game, he is passionate and loves what he is doing, and always has a smile.
