I’m really happy I came across this gym. My favorite part has been training with Vanoy. He’s very knowledgeable, but also so fun and friendly. The equipment is all in great condition, and he pays close attention to your technique, fixing it on the spot when needed. He even records videos so you can track your progress and improve.

Vanoy is awesome! I have some chronic pain and he really heard me during our meet and greet and started me slow while pushing me to get better. In just one month I lost fat, gained muscle, and most importantly feel so much better! I have less pain, better able to handle what life throws at me, and feel so much more confident. I have even started working out more on days I don’t see Vanoy! He so understanding, listens to me, and modifies workouts when I have a random ache to make sure we aren’t injuring me! My experience was incredible ! I’ve worked with people who called themselves personal trainers before but never got as much information and really felt as I did here ! The environment is VERY clean and professional and Vanoy is very attentive to make sure that I was doing the workout correctly as to avoid injury and to work the muscles the right way. The different exercises were challenging but not painful. After each one hour session, I feel like I’ve been working out for three or four hours ! I cannot stress enough how great this place is and I can honestly say I’ve found the only place I’ll ever go to ! If you’re looking for results, and a dedicated trainer who’s going to make you better, look no further than! I definitely recommend 10 out of 10 !!!

We liked working with Vanoy so much that we signed up for a whole year of training with him. My fitness routine has changed my life. I was able to summit the highest point in texas recently (guadalupe mountian) which I could not have done a year ago. I love being able to be more active.

I have gone down at least a whole dress size. I've lost a lot of fat weight and have put on muscle. I went from not being able to do a bench press to being able to bench press 55lbs. A big achievement for me.

My husband has also lost a lot of weight and has gained muscle. He is in much better shape. We plan on continuing with vanoy as we transform our bodies and our lifestyles to get healthy and stay healthy.

I started with Vanoy 3 weeks ago and have been so impressed with his knowledge and dedication. He listened to my wants/needs and created a customized program for healthy eating and strength/cardio specific to me. He sends me videos of my workouts and dietary plans weekly. The location is clean and spacious. I will be 60 and want to get back to my pre-covid lean/healthy weight. I am confident with him on my side it will happen!

UPDATE!: I’ve worked with Vanoy for a year and a half now, and I am so happy with my results. He has helped me with my weak shoulders and hip flexors in a way that has strengthened me and sets realistic expectations. Vanoy is so knowledgeable and knows what I am capable of. I had the opportunity to join a friend for a morning workout while I was in town. I work out regularly on my own, and it was a great experience to have someone help me with form and technique. I can't always tell and see what I'm doing wrong myself and having Vanoy (trainer/teacher) coach me on where I was breaking down and actually TEACH me how to identify certain weak points and techniques to help correct and adjust my movements was much needed and appreciated.

Recently started training with Vanoy and I already see a major difference in his services versus other trainers I've worked with in the past. Vanoy provides a full and complete service... from the initial assessment to show you where you are, to understanding where you want to be and designing a program (including nutrition) to help you reach your goal. He educates you during the training sessions, helping you understand the movements and muscle groups, but most importantly he listens to you when you are struggling with an exercise and makes real-time modifications that still keep you going without trying to "kill” you or risk injury. One of the greatest benefits he provides is holding you accountable outside of the training sessions with "homework" and interim weekly check-ins (via text). 10/10 - highly recommend whether you're an experienced athlete or you're just getting started.

My online training experience with Vanoy was amazing and I enjoyed being able to workout from home! He starts with a Zoom session to go over your own personal fitness goals as well as your nutrition/macros. He teaches you how to read food labels and to know what’s healthy for your body and during your workout he also explains what parts of your muscles you are working out. He makes sure to target each muscle group! During workouts, he gives a demonstration and corrects your form so you are doing the workout properly. Each day he also challenges you and pushes you to do more reps than you thought you could do. While also following up with how the workout made you feel. Vanoy is taking a person who had moved through the pandemic by barely moving much at all. Though some tough love and tougher isometric movements, this couch slug has become a gym butterfly.
But truly, Vanoy is an excellent trainer who used a variety of methods to help me achieve the simple goal of getting back into shape. My specific requirements included having some element of boxing in addition to general machine and free weight excise. Best of all, I don't need to think. Vanoy targets two to three body groups a day, and asks questions to your evolving goals and diet. I've been with him for 3 months right now, and will continue until I can finally fly.

I was hesitant about working out with a trainer (I was not very physically active before training with Vanoy) but he has been a pleasure to work with so far.

3 month update: I recently completed my 3 month session with Vanoy. Not only are the workouts great, Vanoy is fun, honest and non-judgmental. I know I improved because of Vanoy's personal attention. Can't recommend enough.

He listened to my strengths and weaknesses and created a program just for me that worked. He pushes me and encourages me.
