About the Club

I provide Personal Training services, One on one as well as group(2-4 people). For training clients I provide for them a nutrition plan as well as a plan to do in the gym on the days that they are not in the gym with me. I also provide online coaching services which in that I provide a full plan for those clients I do their nutrition, cardio protocols, supplementation, and workout programming. My main goal here is to teach people how to be truly healthy here in America. I have a holistic approach to nutrition so I teach about grounding, sunlight exposure, fasting(autophagy) and my diet plans are 100% organic. It's not easy being healthy in America with everything in our food, I teach you how to make it very easy on yourself!
