At Pilates For Life, Pilates Reformers are primarily used. There are 5 reformers so class sizes remain small. Varying levels of expertise are welcome to attend group classes. Since reformer spring tension can be adjusted for each client, workouts can range from more basic to challenging in any given class. With the use of mat, tower, and reformer work, the possibilities are endless for a unique workout each visit. Aside from group classes, private and duet sessions are also an option. Those sessions can be tailored to meet each clients unique needs or requests.

Kate and the ladies at Pilates for Life have helped my strength my core, have more endurance and have more energy. I had not exercise in years due to lower back surgeries and pain. Kate determined what l could do and we worked from there to get me where I am today. Forever grateful for Pilates.

Love Pilates for Life! Started so I wouldn’t hurt my back lifting kids at home and it helped my neck pain too. Now I just do it to stay fit and active. I’ve done it twice a week for several years now and barely miss. Even when I went on a work trip, I was able to use Pilates for Life with Katie on YouTube to get several days of workouts. I always look forward to the classes!

I began Pilates for Life New Bremen in April of 2021 because I was having chronic lower back pain. Katie told me I would feel better in 10 classes and she was correct. I now attend class 2 times per week, mostly in New Bremen but also enjoy a class in Botkins when time allows. My back is pain free and my core is so much stronger than it ever was. The exercises and stretches done in class make my whole body feel better. I recommend Pilates for Life New Bremen and Botkins to everyone!

Great for getting back in shape and staying in shape after 2 hip and one shoulder replacement . Having a strong core again has enabled me to get back to a full and fun lifestyle. I honestly don't think I would be in this good of shape without the wonderful support of my modified Pilates groups.

I love this studio! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calming and professional. The instructors are knowledgeable; they really take the time to make sure you’re using proper form while still challenging you to push yourself. The studio is clean, organized, and equipped with everything you need, and the class sizes are small enough that you get personal attention. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or more experienced, this is the perfect place to grow and feel supported.

I started at Pilates for Life at the beginning of the year looking for help in managing my scoliosis. As a PT, I had been following Katie for a while as I knew she had a rehab background and was trained in pilates specifically for scoliosis. A flare up of back pain made me pull the trigger and it has been the best decision! I did a private session initially to ensure it would be helpful and that I could do it pain-free, then transitioned to group classes. As a runner for 35 years, it is completely different to anything I've ever done before! It has been such a great addition to my routine, allowing me to strengthen and lengthen without pain and really complements the running! I feel taller and stronger each week. The instructors modify exercises as needed and really help to keep the focus on correct form, execution, and breath patterns. As a PT, I highly recommend Pilates for Life for both management of pain and general strength/fitness. They offer beginner sessions, modification classes, and private sessions in addition to their regular group classes to really reach all levels (teens to 60+, newbies/old pros, people recovering from injuries and/or those just wanting to get stronger) It has truly been a game changer for me!

I have been attending Pilates at both the New Bremen and Botkins location weekly for almost four years now. I have noticed improvements in my core strength and flexibility. If I miss a week I definitely can tell. Pilates has become a staple in my fitness routine. It can be modified for anyone with ease.

I have been going to the Botkins location for a couple years now. I am now doing Pilates throughout my pregnancy and have found it a huge help. I had been struggling with hip pain and Katie went out of her way to come up with some exercises and stretches to help. I have had multiple instructors all who have also helped incorporate these exercises and have enjoyed having all them bring a different style of teaching to the workouts. Whenever someone asks what I’ve found to help my hip pain I tell them Pilates. I highly recommend the Pilates for Life studio. You won’t be disappointed.

It would be a mistake to not check them out. Less pain and more mobility. Not to mention the scolio pilates results I've had are off the charts. Thankful for this place and awesome instructors.
