I visited this studio for the first time yesterday and I was extremely impressed. This was the cleanest gym I have ever been to. I exercise often but am new to pilates and appreciated the extra tips from Julie during class. There are many personal touches that I noticed and recognized right away including free pilates socks for first-timers, extra hair ties and extra feminine hygiene products in the bathroom in case you forgot, along with a coffee station. I have paid a lot more for gym sessions where I got none of those! I will definitely be back.

I tried this Studio while I was in town for an extended visit. Really enjoyed my workouts. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was friendly and helpful. The instructors were great and the classes were fun and challenging. The studio was clean with a lot more space than I find in my areas and the prices were about half what I pay. Not a franchise place so I think that's why it felt so welcoming and well managed. I didn't feel like just a number even though I was from out of town. Will definitely be back next time I'm visiting.

I was a bit skeptical about Pilates at first, but I wanted to try it anyway. The instructor at the studio immediately convinced me and showed me how much fun it is to do Pilates. I can recommend PSC to anyone who, like me, is a beginner and wants an easy to understand training plan. The studio itself is very modern and has everything you could wish for 😍

I joined this club a back in November after trying to find the right fit. Likes: Heather! She’s amazing and encouraging and energetic, very helpful. The other instructors seemed really great as well but I didn’t have as much time with them.
Dislikes: not enough morning offerings for Level 1 classes. There are a couple of reformers where the ropes seemed really loose and needed adjustment between classes. Whoever has the reformers by the door, during Pilates classes has to exercise in salt and dirt. The lighting is a drag.
At first I liked the idea of a small studio but it can be hard to get into classes and if you have the unlimited membership it doesn’t feel like there’s much advantage to it, the classes fill up quickly.
It is possible to have an unlimited membership and only have 2 classes or so a month due to space. Maybe it’s just better to sign up and pay as you go as opposed to joining and being held to the unlimited membership fee. It doesn’t seem like the studio size can support more actual “members.”
Billing: so it’s really easy to sign up, join and sign up for classes. But there’s no management from the customer side after. You can’t replace a card, or snooze if you’re going out of town or cancel the membership easily. You can try to leave a message or email but it could be awhile for someone to get back in touch. When I signed up it was a 3 month commitment that has rolled into 12.
Late Cancel/ No Show policy: the charge for missing a class is $20. They have postings you can get up to two with no penalty. The waitlist can be tricky if you go to bed early. You can be on the waitlist at 5 to waking up to a text letting you know you’ve been added to a class. If you changed your plans thinking you wouldn’t get in you either have to go or pay the fee. So don’t go to bed without coming off the list LOL.
By February I had decided to not continue and didn’t attend any classes. I was charged on the 8th. I distinctly remember having the 3 month commitment and didn’t really think about the payment renewing. After I realized it had I explained the situation to the owner and she didn’t refund me but did say I could come back and participate and to treat it as a pay ahead type of thing. We went back and forth a bit but her decision had been made and I can respect the way she wants to run her business, but I won’t be back.
I joined a club with more space, a larger selection of offerings including yoga and meditation for a slightly lower price. It’s also more diverse which I dig and feels more holistic.
At one point they were lightly peddling $45 sweatshirts, and it’s like between the limited space, cancellation fees aren’t you getting enough out of people?

Really impressed with the studio so far, the instructors I’ve tried so far were really great, attentive, and fun. The cueing has been great and easy to follow. Even with 12 reformers I never have felt neglected. Sometimes I have trouble hearing the instructors, but that is more likely my own hearing issues than an Issue with them! Either way, great studio!

Love this studio and Heather is amazing. The only problem is the waitlists are getting long and resembling another studio in the area.

Incredible instructors and classes! So fun and attentive, really feel like I’ve been able to excel quickly because of the great time and care each instructor puts in. The creativity that goes into the classes too makes them so fun. Great community. Can’t say enough good things! Oh and prices are extremely reasonable- best rates you’ll find!

I was super nervous to start. Heather was so wonderful & welcoming and patient while I figure it out. I’m 30 classes in and still learning but I’m so happy with the decision to start here. I’ve gained strength and confidence and a love for something i had always looked at as intimidating.

It’s always intimidating being overweight and going to any fitness club, but at Pilates Strong Club you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. The instructors are amazing and it’s apparent they are passionate about what they do. Pilates Strong Club is such a fun encouraging environment for everyone regardless of your size or fitness level. I encourage anyone who is plus sized to try it. You’ll be amazed at what you can do.

l LOVE working out at Pilates Strong Club! The best decision I made leaving the "other" Club Pilates place! Cindy, Tina, Heather and Julie are amazing instructors that work your needs and challenges you! The atmosphere is so comfortable and fun! Plus, it is less expensive than other club Pilates places AND you get a great work out that is always different and challenging! If you're looking for a good work out without feeling judged, I highly recommend joining Pilates Strong Club!

I took my 1st class ever on Sunday - loved it!
Studio is clean and and my teacher, Merrie
( also the owner) was excellent. Very welcoming. I wish I had taken a chance on Pilates sooner - 54 is still the perfect age to try a new exercise! Pricing fair as well- some of the other studios I looked at were almost double the price and not as fabulous as PilatesStrongClub!
You won’t be disappointed!

Took my very first class here and I loved it. Cardio Strong was the class that I took with Julie.
Julie was absolutely fantastic. Greeted me at the front, showed me my carriage and station, helped me get familiar with the class/props before class started, and was so sweet & funny. I really enjoyed her class and her humor, it made it so much fun.
She's so knowledgeable about the body. Allowed me to challenge myself but also gave room for me to take things back a notch if my body didn't like something. Very effective workout and I'll feel it tomorrow. Can't wait to come back.
