Enjoy frequent visits to Planet Fitness in Ashtabula, OH. It is by far the cleanest PF I have visited. Thank you for providing a pleasant workout experience. Also, I like the Black Card scheduling system. I have visited 3 other PF centers in the United States. None of them have had the computerized self scheduling system like the one in Ashtabula.👍

Always have found this gym to clean and most all equipment working. The lockers also are generally clean and there is a good number of equipment here so even when busy in the mornings and evenings, you still have equipment to use.

Great location! I'm an over-the-road truck driver and I saw that this location advertised truck parking in the A.I. generated summary on their page so I gave it a visit and I'm glad I did. It's a large PF with everything you need. It's clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. I bought a padlock from them and used the hydromassage after my workout. Great experience. I'll definitely be back.

You can look at the planet fitness app to see how many people are there. The availability of the machines is plentiful. Friendly environment. And guess what, they have 2 different styles of massage chairs, hydro and mechanical. Also, if you have the wellnessworks program from your job, you get credit for being a member.

Hello, canceled acct 3/9/24 have no access to services as told I would until 3/17/24 I WILL STOP THE PAYMENT IF I DONT GET CONFIRMATION, you have no billing to take from on my acct, I can’t use services as said I would, I WILL CONTACT BBB AND HIGHER UPS. You guys aren’t even clean, the amount of people that I see not cleaning after use, makes me feel so gross just by walking in. I stand at the front for MINUTES before get help, when many people are working still left standing there while everyone talks to their friends this place is a joke

I had been a long time Snap Fitness member. I recently moved and joined Planet Fitness. I love PF it has much more to offer and at a better price, way better price. Update: appears that all pre covid restrictions are lifted still a great place to work!

It was a nice place. Very clean plenty of workout equipment cardiovascular equipment. But what makes zero sense I wanted to join and pay right there I could not!!!! I would have to go online download the app and then follow the procedures and make a credit card payment online. I don't do credit cards online!!! So that's the reason why I only gave it to Stars. Pretty stupid of the business not to be able to immediately join there except having to go home to go on a computer or my cell phone to download app to join.
7/20/22. Thank you for responding to my review. To reply to you when I was there I asked if I could pay them right now and join for couple of months. I was told I would have to do it on line and pay with credit card. As I said I do not use credit Cards online for obvious reasons. I don't want my credit card info out there. I was told that's the only way I could join.
4/11/23 again I have not heard back from planet fitness about how to pay without using a credit card. I do not understand why I cannot stop out to pay a full year membership in cash or check. And no one has gotten back to me about this process. I went out there to talk to the person who was working to be able to do this and they said no you have to go online to do it so they were clueless there.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place steals your money when you cancel. I cancelled in person at this location (Ashtabula, OH) in February 2023.I was charged $23 and some and on the 3/8 and another $42 and some change on 3/29. Apparently, the charges don't show up on their end, but my bank account tells a different story. Isn't this supposed to be the famous $10/mo no commitment club?
Companies like this are predatory and should not exist. I'll update tomorrow after I talk to the GM and see if they return my money.
