Every morning I walk in. I am greeted with a welcome wave and/or a smile. Most of the staff stay on top of things there, clean beds and towels and sparkling showers that's better then my own, I'm glad they do all of that. I can focus on my grind time before work!

Hey everyone, I don't recommend coming here to exercise because I came here on my first day and I'm working out. I checked the showers. Whether they were clean or not, it turns out they're getting dirtier. I wanted to tell the administrator about this, I went up to the registration desk and said, "All your showers are a mess." They just told me to leave. I don't know why I don't know at all. Why did they do that?I don't recommend coming here, you can get sick and you can catch some kind of virus and because their shower is very dirty and I don't recommend coming here and the administrators are very rude to customers.I have a big request for the general manager to pay attention to his employees and let them work on their employees.And let him teach employees how to treat customers. Great PF!
I travel A LOT, so use planet fitness for both gym, black card, and shower amenities. I've been to plenty of PFs and this one is one of the best. Showers had great pressure and space, very similar to the Tilghman St Allentown, PA location. Oh and they're actually 24/7!!

Also you can respectfully car camp, saw a van there and I found a quiet corner spot I took a nap at.

The employees here are wonderful! They are so king and helpful. I am a very nervous person, not just in the gym! And it’s important to me to have kind people that are able to help me. The locker rooms are usually pretty clean, but the gym floor is like pristine cleanliness. I always see employees there that are vacuuming during my visits. Thank you planet fitness for being an open, kind space!

I give this place 2 stars as the equipment, I love. The newer management is an extreme let down. Mason always had high quality managers but this one needs work. She is not personable by any means and hardly ever leaves the front desk. When i say personable i mean she can't even say good morning/evening or have a good day. I miss the day where Eric or i believe Kelsey ran the place. This group of management do not enforce any rules such as slamming weights, sitting on their phone while at the machine, or even talking to people who hold up one machine for over 2 hrs. This isn't just the manager in the mornings but also the next level manager who shows up from time to time.

The heat has been unbearable in the back area as they DO NOT run the air in that location nor have fans. I know this from the piece of tape they have on the vent that hasn't moved in over a month. But you better believe the air is running at the front desk. A young person nearly passed out yesterday from the heat. I have been at this location for over ten years now. NEVER have i considered jumping to Crunch fitness until now. Mike I hope you read this as i have never complained at your facilities.... until now.

Continues to go down hill. When o first joined a year ago it was a nice facility. However the ownership continues to make up rules as they wish but yet to allow people to wear clothing that is offensive but matches the ownerships political views. The staff changes more often then one can count, and the equipment is in poor shape and when items break they do not replace. Black mold is growing on the ceiling in the locker room and they do nothing. Will not be renewing!

Staff was helpful and friendly. My fiance and I go together. He was having difficulties with the app. The gentleman behind the counter helped to correct the issue. We got right in the tanning beds and didn't have a wait for the hydromassage bed. I appreciated the cleanliness if the entire facility. Stand up job to the staff!!!

Planet Fitness on Kings Auto Mall drive is awesome! The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. You regularly see staff members walking around, cleaning equipment, and helping out customers. As of a few months ago, they installed all new equipment! There’s never an extreme wait for a machine, besides maybe the Smith Machine. I’ve been a regular, 3-4x a week, gym member since March 2024, and never had a bad experience!

I do wish they were 24/7, instead they are 24/5, which means they close early on the weekends. Which is a slight inconvenience for people who work odd schedules. But again, that’s a company issue not this specific location.

The gym employees are always so welcoming. They greet you when you come in and tell you bye when you leave. Even with staff turnover over they have all been great. The prices aren't bad either. For just 25 a month every day I can work out, tan, get a massage, and get red light therapy. All these things would cost you a ton separately.

I've been going to this gym three to four times a week for about a year now and I have to say the staff has always been great. Courteous and friendly. A lot of the time when establishments try to push a 'no judgement' mentality or environment it doesn't last long or is only for looks. So far PF's 'No Judgement Zone' slogan is holding up. I have yet to come here and feel individuals or groups standing around criticizing myself or others. People simply mind their own damn business here as they should. I would recommend starting your fitness journey here especially if you've got anxiety about being around people while you figure out how to work the various equipment here or are self conscious like I was.

Wow how planet fitness has changed. I do not appreciate the weekend hours. You simply can not get an entire workout in do to the fact that people just sit and lounge on the machines texting and playing on Facebook. I just think it's probably time for me to find a real gym where people are actually trying to get in shape not lounge on the machines for 10 to 20 min scrolling threw the book of face. Staff continuously walks by and says nothing. Does anyone else remember the days that you could actually work out at the planet fitness??? Cause those days are long gone.

Staff is great and the equipment is also good. However if you workout near the treadmills, elliptical, or area near the fans it's uncomfortable. It's hard to break a sweat and keep it because they are blowing so much air. It also makes it very cold. I have to wear long sleeves, sweat pants, and a hat just to keep the blowing air off. I noticed this in other locations also wich is why I'm considering another place.

I love coming to this gym! The facilities are consistently clean and equipment is working properly. It’s huge so plenty of room to get my workout in. The reason I love this gym is because of the staff, particularly one person named Zach. Zach is always friendly and stops to greet me and makes sure I feel welcome when entering. I used to be a member before COVID, and I was happy with their facilities, staff, the trainer, etc. I came back after a couple of years with the hope of having the same experience but I’m disappointed. I can’t use the treadmill zone anymore because most of the time their fan speed is so high and I get headaches or get sick! I ask them to reduce the spin speed but I don’t see a difference afterwards! I won’t extend my membership for sure!

I did all of the stuff online to join this club and I stopped in and they did not have me in the system so I pulled up the information and I put the credit card in wrong. Instead of the girl just taking my information. She told me I needed to get back on the app and put it all back in. I informed her that I did not have my checking account info with me.
