Small quaint little planet fitness. Has all the basic things you need, in a very downsized location. Always staffed by individuals that seem to be too busy with helping you and NEVER has laundry done so make sure you bring your own gym towels or whatever as they WONT have any avaliable for you to use. Definitely a bare bones type place.

I am unable to reply to your comment Planet Fitness it seems, how would one go about contacting corporate or whoever might be able to assist in this. Something so simple as laundry is NEVER done, despite how many workers they have on staff. And it's not like there's ever that many people in the gym as it's a relatively small gym. So I don't understand why like 9 times out of 10 I visit there isn't any gym washcloths avaliable for patrons to use. Honestly seems like they just don't care.

NOT RECOMMENDED! KENDALL AND HIS MANAGEMENT STAFF ARE inexperienced, engages in same race discrimination and ignores company policies. On 07/25/2024 Kendall and Emilio transferred my membership to a club that I only worked out of a few times after that club alleged that I was being disruptive. They transferred my membership knowing that the club that has falsely complained was going to cancel it. Kendall refused to accept my calls to inquire about my refund and they pretty much lured me into their club just to take these unlawful and discriminatory actions against. Emilio is not to be trusted or respected!

I came to this location, and for my 2hr workout there was not ONE employee insight. I had plans of getting a drink but couldn’t purchase one as there was no one there to accommodate me.
Doors unlocked and unsupervised, with some lights off in the locker room.
This is a questionable area to begin with and requires supervision & security…

Women’s bathroom is usually a mess; I haven’t been able to wash my hands with soap in over a week since both soap dispensers are broken. Some cardio machines turn themselves off, sometimes there’s no one at the desk at all. Non-members are always using the restroom and congregating between the doors. I’ve been a member since they opened but this location has really been let go of.

Prime spot for beggars and pan handlers. Today I come out of gym and lady is have a crack convulsion attack right outside the front door leaning up against the window and 2 people on either side of the door ask people for money and sitting their with all their stuff clearly on drugs or something at 8pm on a Monday. place provides ZERO security and leaves doors unlocked and sometimes no one at the front desk and often it’s a young girl or some kid at the front desk and not paying attention. They really need a security guard here. I’m not coming here I don’t feel safe. They also don’t have any parking so good luck.

Good sized gym. I believe it's a city-sized (small) version of a normal Planet Fitness. Overall it has pretty much everything you need. Gets packed easily

Went to this location the employee Kendall was very rude! Upon walking in he gave me and the member I was with a hard time! He made sure that I knew I was a guest repeating it several times. I will not be back to this location and will not be renewing any membership! Bad enough you have to pay to park. Loosen up he was so uptight and really was showing his frustration. Learn to relax and be welcoming to your GUEST! Kendall do better!

It's not too bad it's a good place to workout. Just be careful and wear a face mask 😷 even though you are not required to wear one. I will wear my face mask no matter what out going into public places. I like planet fitness items as far as their clothes and their gym bags👍🏽

I'm planning on signing up for the next season and sale so my 14yearbold son can learn how to work out his muscles and be healthy. I'm excited to get back in shape and tan but the water treatment for your skin is pretty cool and I'm very interested to see how much it helps with stretch marks and scars, I'll be sure to let you know-how well it works.

I generally enjoy going here, which I do 4 or 5 times per week. The fact that it isn't 24 hours detracts from it as this is a main reason that I became a PF member, and I don't get why the franchise doesn't have adjustable EZ-bars and straight bars, or at least ones that go above the relatively light weight of 60 lbs. I enjoy this gym, but am concerned that I'll have to switch to a new gym to meet my fitness goals, and I'm not trying to become a bodybuilder.

Going to workout at Planet Fitness at the Banks is one of the highlights of my workday. The gym is always so fresh and so clean! The staff is the absolute best and always very willing to help me get my stuff out of my quick locker when I've forgotten the combination after working out too hard! A special shout-out to the best trainer, Eddie Jones, who has really helped me over the past three months. I've lost close to fourteen pounds and my health has greatly improved in that time! Looking forward to maintaining this momentum and progress into the new year at the best Planet Fitness location ever!

An overloaded hotel gym with a try-too-hard life guard. If you want to sit on machines and barely break a sweat without getting any results, this is the place for you. If you actually want to get in shape, find another gym...ANY other gym. You'll be better off for it.

Great staff. Tanning and massage beds are in great condition. Big, very spacious. Lots of variety as far as machines and weights. Bathrooms are big and very clean. Showers available with towels at front. Lockers available for daily use as well. No need to purchase locker. They are outside of the restrooms on the wall. Friendly helpful staff. Very impressed. Stand up tanning has been down for a bit. Only downfall.

I like PF, but i want to come work out, not have to pay more into it. Parking should have been addressed. Imagine how many people dont go because they have to pay for parking. Good gym. There were a couple of issues when they first opened but seem to have been resolved. It's new, so it is clean. Well equipped, and even has towel service! Friendly staff.
My only complaint is the music. It feels like they play the same 5 songs every hour, which gets songs I don't care for stuck in my head for days. I feel very sorry for the employees because of this.
I do wish they were open a little earlier on Mondays, but I can work around that.

It's a very nice and clean location. However during the opening they pushed it as a 24hr Monday-Friday 7-7 Sat-Sun location which was great because I'm off after 10pm. PF is known for being 24/7 but know they're closing at 10pm! And 7pm on weekends wow. I think it misrepresents the brand. It was also very misleading to have people to sign up with accessibility in mind to only change it 1 week after opening. Sad.
