Izzie was so kind and helpful getting me a membership. I have been tanning at a local tanning salon for years. I am SO glad I made the switch. Planet Fitness has music, better tanning beds, clean rooms and everyone was friendly!

Unfortunately, we were not impressed with this Planet Fitness location. While it was clean and the staff seemed friendly enough, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

First off, the gym is incredibly small—so cramped that it’s difficult to move between machines, let alone get a good workout in. The equipment is new, but it’s packed so tightly that you can’t even see what’s available from a distance, and if someone is using a machine, good luck trying to squeeze by. On top of that, the lack of leg machines was really disappointing.

Another major issue is the large groups of teenagers hanging out, being loud and obnoxious in the locker rooms, and lingering around machines instead of actually using them. It made the already-cramped space feel even more chaotic.

This definitely won’t be a location we visit regularly. If we’re in town and pressed for time, we might stop in, but otherwise, we’ll gladly take the extra time to go to a different, better-equipped gym.

Circleville location, worst customer service i have ever experienced. I checked in to use the black card services, was added to the wait list for a two minute wait. While waiting, staff allowed two customers to jump the wait in front of me, taking my bed. I informed them that I was next, and their response was verbatim "things happen." I was told my wait was now 15 minutes. Staff seemed to argue about responsibility to clean beds, leading to process breakdown. I will not be going back to the Circleville location. I asked for the name of the employee that checked me in and he informed me that he was on break. Complete breakdown of process, failure to address customer concerns, very poor customer service. Bathroom was clean, hence the one star.

Plenty of machines. Not over-crowded. Circuit training room gives you a full body workout on 10 machines in a 30 minute period. Hydro massage chairs are wonderful! Staff is constantly cleaning.

This planet fitness is clean , the staff is always friendly and this location has way better hours than many local planet fitness. The biggest factor for me is I have never had to wait to use the black card amenities here , always go straight in , many local locations take forever . The equipment is always clean and in good shape and have never had to wait on equipment , probably due to the fact they are open way longer than most so it’s never crowded .

I personally like it. I can get in and get out whenever I want. The place is always clean, and the staff is nice. Sometimes, it's hard to get a machine due to the volume of clients, but this is few and far between. Usually when this happens, I just hit a different workout until it frees up. Nothing to get to worked up about. I do see"kids" taking selfish in the mirror. That in and of itself doesn't bother me......I just want the staff to hit the "LUNK ALARM" every now and then. 😀👍

EDIT:Rating went lower because you pretend not to see the wrong. I know it's in the contract,a staff member mentioned that. My issue is why you have it in the contract,and it's for the sole reason I mentioned. It's once again why Cali saw thru your predatory ways as a business.
You guys make money from the monthly subscription,thats why you don't charge per visit,you wouldn't make as much money.

Wow, it offers so many perks. My family has joined and we had our first workout today and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The people working out cleaned the equipment after each use. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My son is recovering from an serious injury from an headon collision by an impaired driver and it was so nice that he was in an no judgement zone!

Awesome and up to date. Small but not cramped. Use the app to check the crowd meter if you don't like to wait for a certain machine or tanning bed. The equipment is easy to use with the qr code. And use the app to check in! You never have to worry about losing your card again. I would love for the employees to be more welcoming, and maybe ask if they have been there or would like a tour. Bc I was walking around for like 5 minutes to figure out where things were. Still a great little addition to this town!

So far so good. Visited several PF locations and where this one is fairly new, they are still keeping it clean. That's not always the case. This one is also quite small, but it is not cramped. I go early in the morning and the traffic is low. Showers and bathrooms are clean.
