Then when I asked if she could open it, bc a super nice worker did a time before. She threw scissors in front of me on the counter. Never spoke to me once. Definitely not how I enjoy being treated.

Excellent facilities and the cleaning staff works very hard in keeping the bathroom and shower areas so well maintained.
The Front Desk staff is well trained. But they are rude with customers.Especially if they have to explain or assist with certain things like the
new parking system. They will tell you know in their own way that you are bothering them if you ask more than one question.

The nighttime staff here is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate and foolish crew of people you'll set your eyes upon. One dude stares down the women patrons like a creep and another takes repetitive tours around the facility without lifting a finger of contributive work. I've been coming to this location everyday for years, and I always purchase a beverage out of the case. The male staff member at the desk was spending his time chatting up some random people off the street (non-members) when I was trying to buy my drink. The only payment terminal that accepts tap to pay is the center unit--those same ladies were standing in front of it and weren't moving. I said, "let me go finish this workout for twenty minutes," and I'll come back to make payment once you aren't so busy. He verbally acknowledged our plan and I continued my workout. The moment the non-member visitors walked out the front door, I get a declined payment notice from my bank and an overdraft charge. I was literally on a machine that was 20 feet from the desk--this staff member could've just asked me to come back once the ladies had left. I am a Black Card Member, I buy protein shakes and waters everyday while spending 2.5-3 hours completing my workout routine. I wasn't going anywhere. I'm no bum nor a random stranger that happened to wander in. I am a kind, regular visitor that has known all of the staff that have worked here since the site opened and I should hope to continue knowing the staff well-after this jerks employment at this location. Suffice it to say, after much discussion about the cost I incurred for his attempted draw from my card on-file, I paid for the water that I selected from the case.

TLDR = The nights crew has more interest in attending their own social experiences than accommodating their long-time customers. If you come late, anticipate being met with late behavior.

Generally a great gym with a welcoming environment. However, during my visit at 11:00-11:30 AM on August 3, I had a disappointing experience with a staff member (Jayne or Jayde). I was unexpectedly berated for unintentionally dropping weights, and the interaction lacked professionalism and tact. I was told this message came directly from the manager, but when I asked to speak with them, I was informed they were not present—raising concerns about honesty in the communication. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions.

So planet fitness is a great value for what it charges to be a member when you go in there. There is just about every kind of exercise equipment that you could want. Honestly the only thing I think that they could really have more of would be like calisthenics related things like maybe like a straight pull-up bar cuz they have some that are like even like they have. Maybe they have like a fancy pull up bar that will assist you in doing pull-ups, but if you just want like a regular pull-up bar they don't have one. But I mean that's such a small thing. Like you can find a pull-up bar anywhere. So that's not a. That's definitely not a deal killer. The place was clean. All of the equipment that I used was in impeccable shape. It was well maintained, climate controlled, good Wi-Fi, no hassle to get on to that cuz you know like there's my cell phone signal. Sorry to drop inside of there and I realize oh they have Wi-Fi and I figured oh I'm going to have to go to the desk. I'm going to have to sign in and use a password. All that other no it's it was really easy to real easy to log on to that. So that was that it was good for Members or those who are black card members such as like I was using some sort of a hydro massage after my workout so that was amazing. That was! That was really awesome. Overall I'm really pleased with that. There's free parking at this location for 2 and 1/2 hours so you go inside around the back and they give you a little ticket. They'll give you a sticker to put on it so that way you're able to get your parking taken care of. Okay so that was planet fitness. Definitely recommend. Have a nice day!

Possibly the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. My bank account was charged when I ALREADY HAD CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP. Not to mention the first time I tried to cancel it some employee didn’t even know how to do it. So I got charged $30 to my account for absolutely no reason whatsoever. It didn’t say it in the contract, agreements, nothing, Do not go to Planet Fitness ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever EVER.

I’ve been a Member of Planet Fitness for over 15 Years. I’ve been a Member at this location for 2 years. The staff is horrible. Everyone is afraid to sound the Lunk alarm whenever someone slams weights. Katie the Manager lacks communication skills and fire team members on minuscule incidents. I once enjoyed working out at this location I know dread it. I will be switching locations soon!

This is perfectly fine planet fitness, however as I am visiting today the front seat is overwhelmingly busy making comment and judgement. FaceTiming with boyfriend. Not sure if the judgement free zone is applicable. This distractive behavior is something else, also making comment about your guests too. Furthermore she wouldn’t stop making comments with its a privacy concerns too. Furthermore not sure if she’s racist of or low self esteem threatening comment were heard. As of 9:17 am march-24-2025. Understandably they needed their voices to be heard however it’s distracting.

Restrooms are always dirty and there is also not enough paper to clean the machines. The temperature is EXTREMELY high: 75 degrees!!! I always have to remember the personal there’s not enough soap, paper, etc. Employees are spending time at the changing rooms with their phone. So unprofessional.
Also, I have been receiving emails from their accounts saying there was a problem with my payment (which was not true).

I had an incredible experience at Planet Fitness, and I want to give a special shoutout to the amazing staff, especially the kind and considerate young lady who was working the night shift. I had some trouble with my car late at night, and since I’m a Black Card member, I decided to visit Planet Fitness for help. When I explained my situation to her, she was so understanding and reassured me that I could stay in the Black Card Lounge for as long as I needed. Her kindness meant the world to me in that moment. She definitely deserves a raise for going above and beyond!

The location is top-notch always clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The facilities are fantastic, and I always feel comfortable and valued whenever I visit. I highly recommend this Planet Fitness location to anyone looking for a great gym with exceptional service!

I love as I'm only 12 mins away. I live the 2.5 hours of free parking. I love how huge the facility is with the 2 floors and available equipment. I love as a PF black card member the quiet use of the hydromassage area. I love how clean the place is as well. What I DON'T love is some of the employees unnecessary attitudes and the confusion of sometimes there's club "rules" and sometimes there's not(figure that out please 🙄) Also what I don't like is paying my hard earn money in the summer months and dealing with teens who utilize the gym as their own personal hangout 🤨 Now don't get me wrong I love the concept of getting teens fit for free, but I'm no babysitter and these aren't working out at all!!! They're hanging out unsupervised and they ones that attempt to "use" the equipment don't use it properly so it'll be damaged soon. I'm thinking I'll cancel my membership until the fall and just workout at the park!

So nice! Huge facility with 2 floors, plenty of machines so you will never have to wait for one, and very clean. State of the art equipment and friendly staff. We usually go to the Ohio City location, but never again. That location seems ancient compared to the Uptown location. We can't wait to work out each morning, and love that they are open 24 hours, as we go at 4am. This place is awesome! I highly recommend trying this location out.

One of the worst gyms I've experienced. Some days they just ruin the workout before I even start. To be fair the equipment is good for starting your gym lifestyle and getting a routine built up. The price is also manageable. Major pit falls is all of the unnecessary rules and nit picking, and some of the attitudes of the staff. Half of the staff is nice and pleasant and the other half can be a bit rude. I get they are just trying to pay bills and do a job. I also understand nothing in life is perfect. But I'm really starting to feel like this isn't the gym for me. Unfortunately since I care about my health I'll be stuck here til I move up a tax bracket. But the second that I do, I'm gone!

I like gym it is very clean or nice ! every one nice ! only problem I faced is with car parking , last time when I visit at 6:41am to 9:05 am that’s my usual go to timings but when I’m coming back I paid 12 dollars for the ticket ,why would I have to pay money if I’m on time and goes out on time . They gives 2:30 hrs free parking . I’m out on time and it’s asking me to pay the parking ticket to go out . Very disappointed about this .

Work out equipment is all brand new!
There are no Classical Bench presses free weight. No free bar for pull up.
These r ittle Draw backs.
A kick Boxing Bag like in most other gyms would be highly desirable!!!
They don't have it.
All bench, army press cud only be done by using machines, or barbell on the slides... Feels kinda different not exactly how you want it to be...
There is a good choice of free weight dumbbells though.
The gym is Very Affordable!!!!!
And never over crowded.

So That means if you go months without autopay deducting from your bank account YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE MONTHS YOUR CARD DECLINED. YOU CANNOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION OVER THE PHONE YOU HAVE TO GO TO CLUB WHERE YOU ARE A MEMBER. ITS A RIP OFF I only used the service 3xs there were months where i didn’t use service and my card was still charged. Once i decide to cancel i still was hit with a bill before i could cancel my subscription Even though i was not using service even though my service wasn’t active i still had to Pay. This Planet Fitness was set up totally different than the one's located in Columbus Ohio. For a handicap ♿️ person such as myself I was so amazed how there Female Lockeroom was set up & assessing for me. Also the person working at Front desk was very helpful and had a great attitude.

The personal trainer was great with establishing a daily warm up along with the planning of upper body workout with next day lower body workout. Showing me the methods for setting up each individual machine. I don't think it could have been done better.

Have gone to this gym 4 times to join, there seems to be no manager who can enrolll me, each time staff keep telling me to come the next day as they can't enroll me, a manager has to do it!
Again today Sat, 28 Jan, was asked to come in after 3.30p. Because of my previous 4 visits that ended in wasted time i called instead of going there, same thing! Was told "waiting to hear from manager" ???????? 🤣🤣🤣
