I want to say thank you to Greg and the planet fitness staff for consistently keeping this gym a great place for us to workout. For the past few years my husband and I have been working out at the Planet Fitness on the E. Dayton Yellow Springs road, Fairborn. Ohio. One of the things that continues to impress us the most is how very friendly and professional everyone working is: from the owner to the trainer, to the front desk/receptionists- always welcoming you with a warm welcome smile. They do a good job maintaining this positive culture and we have witnessed newly hired staff eventually meshing and adapting this into their work style. My husband retired from the military service so we used to work out at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base but after COVID we decided go to this gym and we absolutely love it here. The gym is always very clean, we always feel comfortable to workout, and we always feel very safe no matter the time of day or night we go. Thank you all so much for making this place our happy place. We sincerely appreciate all that you do up front and behind the scenes to keep this place top notch in every way.

This was my favorite PF. I drive 20 miles just to go to this one because of the nicer tanning beds and the gym is more quiet. The problem I have is the staff is unfriendly and I have let it go a few other times but I will not this time.

By far the best planet fitness I ever went to! Way better than the one in Dayton! Updated equipment, very clean, even guest are cleaning when their done with equipment which is a plus too! The front desk/workers are really nice greeting everyone and not on their phones, actually doing their job. The atmosphere just feels great in there. The bathrooms are clean , nice and cool. They even have blow dryers for after a shower! Only thing I wish is that the showers were more private and had somewhere to put your clothes/towels for after the shower. But other than that no complaints!

What a professional staff! I came to the Fairborn Planet Fitness gym and spa to workout and relax on Wednesday June 5th and Thursday June 6th. I was greeted by Tazzy at the front desk. She helped me check in. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Ray treated me with respect and answered any questions I had. He also directed me to his very capable staff. Kurt and Sean answered any questions I had. Kyle is an excellent trainer. He helped me develop a routine. They are exceptional employees. I am proud to call Planet Fitness my home gym.

Planet Fitness is a great organization and business. They support the community by collecting school supplies for disadvantaged children. Planet Fitness also includes a DYOP (Design Your Own Plan) in the membership with a fitness trainer to help establish a fitness routine, new and well maintained equipment with scan bars to access YouTube Videos for equipment use, and hydro lounges/massage chairs. I'm giving it a 5 Star hands down!!!!

Not only is the manager here super inappropriate and creepy. When I have brought this up to other workers, including at other locations they guess who I was talking about by name and acknowledged that he had already been moved from a different location due to being inappropriate, touching me while speaking to me, messing with the machine that I’m on while I’m on it, always cleaning under the treadmill as while Girls are running on them. He’s just creepy and add insult to injury yesterday they double charged me for a water and when I tried to say that they did they denied it and today when I checked my transaction history, they certainly did and when I tried to call them their number is disconnected. The physical location is nice but the actual experience leaves much to be desired

This gym is very nice and large. With their gym fees of $40 annually and $10/month they are one of the more affordable gyms out there.

They have a large selection of equipment and the staff really focus on being friendly and helpful, living up to their motto of a judgement -free zone. Even when I needed to cancel my membership, they were incredibly friendly and the process was easy and straightforward. The only reason I canceled was because I wasn't able to use my membership enough.

It's worth mentioning that the bathrooms (at least on the girls' side) are amazing! Lockers, showers, and nice, clean bathrooms are all in one space, making it easy to take care of yourself after a workout.

I had to cancel my membership today, Friday September 2nd. The guy who helped me made the process super easy and had superb customer service. I did not catch his name. Do not plan on going to this Planet Fitness unless you are comfortable working out in coveralls. I was just removed from the gym after being a loyal member for 5+ years, for wearing a shirt that was "cut too low." (sleeves cut off) I am not a bodybuilder, I am an average gym-goer and the shirt that I was wearing is absolutely not revealing or offensive whatsoever. Rather than kindly informing me of the dress code for future workouts, I was asked to immediately leave. At that point I asked the same manager to please cancel my membership and he informed he was not able to do that at this time.

P.S. - I drove to the next Planet Fitness 5 minutes down the road where once asked, staff informed me that there was absolutely no issues with my attire and that I am free to enjoy my workout without interruption.
The Riverside, OH location is way better, staff as well as facility.

Not 24/7. The employee didn't understand my guest pass or give me a tour like it said they would. Mediocre range of selectorized machines (though I'm not gonna fully complain for the price, but it seems instead the place is filled with more treadmills than there will ever be people on there at one time). Ab machines don't have full range.

Also "free pizza" and "fitness" don't go in the same place.

Judgement free zone unless you actually want to work out. If you make noise (which who doesn't when they're exerting themselves?), you get humiliated and judged.

So I just visited this place for the first time. I've been a member for almost a year and have seen all the other planet fitness gyms in the area. Of course this one is nice because it's new but the staff was very nice. when I walked in I was greeted with a genuine smile and hello.
