I pay for the black card and I come into use the tanning bed numerous times a week after working 2nd shift. The night girl doesn't know what she is doing most the time. This time I came in and both tanning beds were not in use and yet she still wouldn't let me use it because the next available slot was over a half hour wait. That is crazy amount of time to wait to use a bed that isnt even in use.

Had the black card. When I come into the club in the morning I make my appointment for the massage bed. In the last two months...three times I couldn't use it because someone else was still using it. If that's the case why make an appointment. The latest incident was this week. Why pay for a black card if I am not allowed to use it. Also why am I delayed from using it???
Planet fitness saids they treat everyone fairly.. but that was not the case with me.

I was at this gym for a few months over the autumn/winter of 2024-2025. Best gym I had the pleasure of working out in. Staff was great, always laughed at my goofy outfits walking in and always would converse with me and and be super friendly. Never had a single issue with the staff or with any of the equipment at this gym. Any questions you have, they always answer and make it simple.

I even had to ask questions over the phone about my cancellation. They made it SUPER easy and accommodated my situation, no questions asked.

Even though I'm all the way in Texas now, if I could I'd still fly back up 2 times a week just to work out there for an hour!

fantastic staff- all of the staff have good energy, great price for the amenities and high quality equipment. I also want to add that it’s a very clean facility- and my favorite aspect of PF itself is that the lighting is good.. The black membership is worth every penny, with the ability to go to any other PF location. Preston does a fantastic job at personal training and you can tell he is very passionate about what he does. Highly recommend PF to anyone. The only thing I’d recommend is adding more space for stretching/warm up but besides that it’s a great place

They have alot of equipment and it's well spaced out.

However, I think they do not accurately represent how busy it is at various times on their crowd meter.

Also, this gym is kept very warm. This isn't a problem for weightlifting, but if your goal is high cardio it may be not be the best fit.

Again the equipment is great! Just toasty, which is difficult to combat once you are down to a t-shirt and shorts/leggings. As someone who is cold often I was surprised to want less layers while there.

Fantastic facility!! Always clean, friendly staff and the new equipment is wonderful. I've been dreaming of a sitting calf raise for years and it's finally here. I suffer from a spinal injury and it's the only way I can excercise my calves. I hope to see more new equipment in the future, it will guarantee my membership for a lifetime.

This is going to be very long, I'm a truck driver I drive all 48 states I visited this facility yesterday on October 20th 2024 I'm a black card member I go to all the different planet fitnesses to work out then get some therapy for my back due to me training so hard I work out twice a day at two different facilities a day That should kind of show you how my routine is. Will this particular day my training has ended I ended up going to the bathroom and I explained that to my girlfriend. I guess it took me longer than normal to come out the bathroom and she went looking for me she ended up sticking her head into the area where the Black card members go after they get massage I guess it's called the black lounge or I think that's a stupid name but that's besides the point. My girlfriend was approached by a lady by the name of Maddie we're going to call her Mad Maddie, she start drilling her about having a black car and that she shouldn't be walking around the club without a card. I am the card holder and she's my guest so it's naturally she wouldn't have a card. After being being scrutinized by the planet fitness police mad Maddie she made our experience go from a 9 to a 3 she followed my girlfriend around the club till I came out asking her do she have a black card which is very weird. After I explained to mad Maddie that I was a cardholder and that this is all the best misunderstanding mad Maddie decided to turn the heat up even worse. With that being said I do what I usually do and ask for a hydro massage. They have some weird thing to wear you have to log into their system now if I'm able to log into the club to go work out I should be able to use a hydro chair that's part of my accessibility for having a black card all of a sudden when I try to do my hydro massage it wouldn't allow me to which Maddie played a soul part in this. She said her sisters don't show me being eligible to use the hydro machine even though I'm a black card member and I hold access to this. We even called my home Club in Hendersonville Tennessee to see if we can fix the problem they spoke with her for over 10 minutes and she seemed just not to get it or either just didn't want me to use the machine now I think that a lot of these planet fitness can override their kiosk to let their black heart members use the hydro machine unfortunately she didn't want to do that either a 2 out of 10 this is the worst Club I ever been to the worst customer service I ever had. I don't want Maddie to get fired but I would like for her to have some coaching on this.I'm in the process of escalating this just because I don't think this was right and I pay my money just like everyone else. She turned something small into something large enough to where she is not going to be able to handle. I will escalate this as far as corporate to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else

I absolutely love my gym here! The place is clean and they offer so many different amenities such as massage chairs, hydro massage, tanning(5⭐), and the total body enhancement booth! There's always enough machines open when I need them. The hours are mostly convenient I wish they were open 24 hrs all the time because that's when I go mostly after 10pm. Thanks pf!!!!!!!!

I truly appreciate how hard the staff works to keep this gym clean. Maybe my typical time is just go time for the cleaning, but the guy with the jet pack vacuum is always going to town. It’s amazing how much paper lint and scraps drop from the cleaning station with each use. And they are on top of it!

I go to planet fitness when I’m not at my home gym back in Fort Campbell, KY. The lady there essentially told me that my daughter was not allowed to be in the lobby unattended, my daughter is 14 years old. Apparently their policy is 13 and to be with their parent. I never bring my child with me, today was the first day. If this is such a big deal there needs to be a plaque in the front of the establishment saying this. Also, the lady said that if I ever did it again there may be further action taken against me.

So first of all why would she not start the conversation by saying, maam were you aware of our policy and also ask me how old my daughter was before assuming I was a bad parent. So I do believe that gym needs some classes on how to approach people when they have situations arise. I only go there because it’s cheap and convenient when I’m home. I guarantee the only reason I come is to ensure I keep up my physical fitness. That is the only reason. If I could have left a zero starts based upon customer service I would have.

The staff are always so nice, but this gym is noticeably warmer than the anytime across the street. The air feels stuffy, not sure if it's an air quality or a temperature issue. It makes intense cardio workouts unpleasant and forces me to go to anytime (which I like considerably less but I can't run here)

This planet fitness in Findlay is terrible. The management is horrible and some of the workers. This planet fitness is also very dirty and barely cleaned. It is busy most of the day and you can’t really workout without so many people being there in the way. Also one of the workers or customers was using my account to buy drinks and the manager did not give me my money back or watch the cameras to see who it was. By far the WORST gym I’ve ever been to and I do not recommend going to this gym.

Love to work out at PF. Most favorite machine is the leg press. Tell those kids who sit at the machines on their phone to get moving so the next person won't have to wait as long. Other than that, lift extreme and do low reps to build muscle/strength better. There may be blood, sweat and respect. Fun place!

Amazing environment, I am a semi large person trying to get in shape and when planet fitness says that’s it’s a judgment free zone they mean it! I feel so safe and respected when working out and everyone keeps to themselves. Amazing employees always so welcoming too!
