Traveling through Ohio, we had an opportunity to have a wonderful experience, at your Fremont location. Staff Matt and Jacob, were very friendly, and the facility was emaculat. We received exceptionally thorough, and conscientious customer support, from Jacob. He truly deserves to be recognized, for his thoughtful kindness, welcoming spirit, and professional courtesy. We could not have imagined such enthusiastic member support, especially at a location so far from home. Thank you Jacob, and other staff, for your support of our memorable visit. We highly recommend this outstanding location.

After being away from the gym scene for the past 8yrs I was very impressed with the equipment and cleanliness of the place. I have access to whatever I want to use to complete a workout. Gym members are friendly and respectful! The staff is very professional and friendly!

The club in fremont is very decent. Better than what most is available in the area. Wish there were more Arm machines like a tricep press or extension machine. It's smaller than a lot of planet fitness clubs and i'm hoping they choose to expand next door with that business closed down.

I absolutely loveeeee love love planet fitness in Fremont. The staff are polite, professional and knowledgeable. The store is extremely clean 100% of the time. The trainer is the bestest. I deal with multiple sclerosis and I see positive changes to my body already. The trainer is exceedingly knowledgeable, patient and polite. Also, I love how organized the franchise is. Thank you for opening a store in Fremont cause your entity and great staff are making a major positive impact to people and the community. Again, thank you very much!

Commercials clearly make it sound like black card holders can "crush a workout on the stair machine with a guest and enjoy a relaxing massage after." It is intentionally misleading, then on top of that, to even access the spa it's anywhere over an hour to more than two hours wait. Not worth it, my fiance and I will both be cancelling our memberships the next time we are there. Not worth the hassle at all for a gym with extremely limited free weights and redundant machines that hit the same couple muscles. At least if you are going to have that many machines and ignore free weights, at least have 10 machines that hit all the different muscle in that group from different angles, not 10 machines that hit one, maybe two angles. I'll stick with the limited equipment at the Y where I get a10x better workout.

There's a serious need to install bike racks in front of the gym. I switched it up today and decided to ride my bike instead of driving and to my surprise, there are no accommodations for cyclists to secure their bikes. In fact, I wasn’t the only one who decided to bike today—a couple of other people did too and now there are bikes scattered throughout various places in the parking lot, chained to handicap signs and leaning on benches along the walkway because there’s nowhere else secure to put them. Hopefully, you all install a bike rack soon.

Went there for the first time this morning being a new person not a member at all to check out the place and there were 4 employees up front just standing didn't ask if I needed any assistance or anything whatsoever.......very unprofessional

It’s about time Fremont got a Planet Fitness. I’ve been checking in on the new location and from the looks of it, it won’t be long before they open. I’m ready to get back to hitting the gym!
