It'll do if I don't feel like going to my favorite planet fitness. All the equipment is really close. The only problem is for some reason this gym smells like urine. Its hard to work out with that smell in the air, feels like you're inhaling pee🤢.

One of the better ones in the area. Well equipped after the recent upgrades, only thing missing is the cryo chair and those aren't that great anyway. This place came a long way from what PF used to be.

This has to be the worst location it makes me less motivated because of some staff but mostly this specific staff hes white an wears glasses an on the heavy side. He made me feel unwelcome when I first came there an asked questions an all he did was point at the machines an said treadmills best for cardio I thought he was gonna show me around or something and not just staff while I was working out I kept getting wet an noticed something kept dripping on me from something on the ceiling an some machines dont work properly I woulda signed up for another gym but I prefer the planet fitness in willowick because its more of a family friendly environment an the staff ACTUALLY HELPS WHEN NEEDED

The equipment stinks from people sitting on it without bathing. Staff apparently doesn't care. And now teenagers! Unsupervised teenagers get to go for free.

Chad was extremely rude to me on the phone. I was informed that my membership was canceled. Then I got hit by a payment the following month to which they said my account is canceled already then got hit again with another bill yesterday. I called Chad the manager and he was extremely rude, and personally a bit racist in my opinion over the phone and would refuse to help me.

I love Planet Fitness Center. I come in and get my workout on the treadmill and bikes. I do free weights also. It is so clean in there and the machines are wiped down with disinfectant all the time. The staff are very helpful and polite.

Mentor Planet Fitness is a great place to exercise. I'm an early gym goer, 3:30 am Monday-Saturday. The staff is phenomenal, friendly and know me by name. I'm a black card member and the accommodations are superb. I highly recommended Planet Fitness, especially the Mentor location.

I'm a newer member and was new to the whole public gym experience, but, everyone there is very nice n helpful and will inform you of all they have to offer. I've been going regularly for a few months n it's so great, they have a nice variety of things to help you reach your fitness goals. The massage beds are great and the tanning is nice too. If you're a black card member you get a variety of classes you can do for free... glad I joined!! Its worth it!!

Update, I am even more glad I joined. Free training with a trainer and they updated the facility. It's great!

I came to the gym to cancel my membership back in January completed paperwork, they told me it was canceled. They continued to charge me again starting in march All the way up until this month. After unsuccessfully reaching out to Planet Fitness attempting to speak with the manager to get this issue resolved. I finally spoke with the worker a week ago and she told me that they didn't have a manager anymore and that she would cancel the membership and somehow in january, they did not do what they should have done correctly.

I no longer like this location after 3yrs. I was denied access at 840pm because the manager said he didn’t want anyone new coming in the last 30min before closing. Other people were still working out at the time. Two days before that I was turned around for wearing crocs (which never happened before) This is not a bad thing & I went to switch my shoes with no problem. But maybe put a sign on the door instead of calling people out at the front desk to turn around get out…. This is not a policy issue, this is a treatment issue. I hope you understand!!

The trainer was detail oriented, noticed my posture & balance was off, asked if I had custom shoe inserts. I do have custom inserts & wore them the previous time......not this day & she noticed & questioned it. She was patient during my work out to ensure I had correct form. I was very comfortable trying new exercises & pushing myself to accomplish what I thought I couldn't.

This is the cleanest PF that I’ve been to! They are always mopping, wiping down the machines or dusting. The bathroom/shower is ALWAYS clean and smelling fresh! The trainer is AWESOME too! Keeps me accountable and ensures I am exercising correctly and using the machines properly.

Hi at Mentor Planet fitness everyone is friendly, helpful and willing to help you. It is clean (always seeing someone cleaning). Unlike the one in Painesville the one time I've visited the workers were standing at the service desk talking amongst themselves. The trainer acted like she didn't know what she was doing and was surprised that I signed up for four sessions. I will be staying at the Mentor Planet fitness. Thank you.

Although I’ve normally had pleasant experiences at facility, for the last few days there has not been paper towels in the dispenser to wipe down/sanitize the equipment. There were approx. 3 fiber cloths at each cleaning station for guest to use continuously. I brought my own paper towels to wipe down the machine that I used.

I am a disabled veteran and I was rejected for wearing my medically needed shoes. The owner made up a rule and said my closed toe, closed back, and anti slip shoes were not compatible with the closed toe, closed back attire and safety policy.

Do Not Use Showers!!
Came in one night and the nice pretty lady that work overnight was rolling trash cans into the locker room to clean them in the showers. That’s unsanitary. Who wants to shower where trash cans are being cleaned out at? She is always super nice and the gym is always clean but seeing that blew my mind.

The manager kate is probably the most annoying person I have ever encountered. I’ve never met a person that takes their $20/hr job working at a GYM so serious. top-flight security of the world (planet fitness). PF you’ll have hired a real rule follower that will cause you to lose guests.
