I have a black membership and I bring my god daughter ALL THE TIME & Evan was just so rude and kept demanding I sign her up for a pass and then told me to get out of the building and I’m also going to be banned
The tanning beds are also dirty I have to clean them myself an or I’m constantly waiting for someone at the front to check me into the tanning bed. I wouldn’t recommend Hamilton Planet Fitness to anyone.

I love this gym, the equipment is always cleaned, the bathrooms are nice, and the people who attend this location are usually pretty friendly. However, recently, they hired a new personal trainer who has made my gym experience insufferable at times. I have overheard this trainer, who I believe is named Zack, comment rudely about various different women who enter the building. He has made unkind and judgemental remarks about women's bodies, and repeatedly made inappropriate remarks towards women as well. I thought this gym was supposed to be safe, friendly, and non-judgemental environment, but this hiring choice goes against everything they claim. Now, every time I enter this gym, I have to worry about being made fun of or mocked for body image. This has ruined my gym experience and made me feel uncomfortable as a woman in the gym, especially after he made fun of a woman for asking for a tampon, even though she wasn't talking to him. After this recurring experience, I might be seeking out another gym.

I don’t agree With late fees, specially, if I’m not able to go for a month. I was told it’s like having a Netflix account that can charge for late fee for not paying your bill on time but that’s not true. They place your account on a hold Which would be so much more convenient seeing how I’m trying to get my body in shape not sit around watch movies or not a get charged anyways. i have home gym and gym at work. doesn’t make sense, charge you late fees for not working out. like netflix ain’t gonna charge you for not watching. money hungry company

I tried to use the machine to get tanning lotion I was having issues asked a worker for help he said he would get a mgr left me standing there 5 minutes so I walked up front they were all standing around conversation not even worried about accommodating me including mgmt so they tried saying it was my card but to find out it was there machine the staff there are always standing around not very helpful and rude to ppl I notice especially me so I will drive the distance to go to the Fairfield location if I’m going to keep getting treatment like this or fix your staff mgmt

Love the PF on Washington Blvd. The gym is clean & the workers are very helpful when you need them. Although there is one little cocky guy that works the desk. A red-headed young man. I had been bringing in my 11-yr old granddaughter with me for nearly a month. One day he was working the front & asked me how old she was. I told him & he arrogantly says, “oh no. She can’t be here unless she’s 13.” I told him she’d been coming with me for a while & he just sat there & stared at me. He’s a little pompous thing. Probably just massively insecure. But other than that, I’ve been a member since January & everything has been great.

Visited the Hamilton, OH location for the first time today for a change of scenery with my wife. Been a member for years and recently started bringing my wife after her second surgery for a shattered arm to help with her physical therapy and growth. We follow all filming guidelines when filming her progress. We set up the camera in a way that films no other persons and does not include the PF brand or proprietary logos. She dresses tastefully as to not draw attention. Some smug teenager came up to her and demanded she stop or be kicked out. She was discriminated against and this place is ridiculous. May cancel my membership after this nonsense.

I first started my membership in may of last year. I canceled it before June because I started somewhere else. Come to find out when I signed the keypad it didn’t go through which is a error on their end so I have been getting charged for almost a year without knowing then tried to contact planet fitness to get a refund which the representative was super helpful but also stated this isn’t the first time this has happened. I called their headquarters and received a email from “Kristen.miller senior vice president of operations” which stated they refuse to give a refund for any amount of the time I obviously haven’t been there which is “344 days”. BEWARE that when it’s a cancellation error on their end they REFUSE TO GIVE ANY REFUNDS! She would rather debate over email instead of calling about this matter. Still no resolution has been given. I will be calling the better business bureau about this.

This location is always clean and well organized. The manager and PF team are always on the floor working. Anytime I've ever needed anything, they have always been happy to help. The atmosphere in the gym is always great, the manager and staff always greet you at the desk and will take time to discuss any questions you have. Every PF location I've been to has been a good experience, but this location stands out.

I just signed up here not knowing the facility wasn’t 24hrs anymore.
This is a huge inconvenience to people who like to go to the gym early.
7am on Saturday and Sunday are terrible hours for people who need to get their workout in earlier in the morning due to jobs or other obligations. Such a waste. Everyone has different schedules and I can’t believe there are gyms still around that aren’t 24 hours.

Planet Fitness is a good club. The equipment is newer and clean. The tanning beds aren't too bad. Some are due to be phased out.

Understand that PF is a corporate gym. They have no free-standing Olympic bars, and they lack a lot of equipment a more hard-core gym would have. But for the novice it's a good gym.

Only complaint is the weekend hours. You would think they would have extended hours on the weekends- when people have more free time. I’m having to travel completely out of my way to keep a hold of my health because I don’t get off of work until 6pm and I work weekends. Am now going to have to look into other gyms- sad :(

I'm 48yrs old. I've been a gym rat since I was 15. I've been to just about every chain club in Cincinnati. Moores, Ballys, Scandinavia, U.S. Total fitness, Golds, world, L.A Fitness, Crunch, and atleast 5 more I don't remember the name of. Honestly, out of every one of them, Planet Fitness beats them hands down! The immenities you get for the money? Can't be beat! The hydro massage, massage chairs, the tanning beds, are all newer and top of the line.

The club is clean. The tanning beds and massage chairs/lounges/beds are clean. There is always a staff member cleaning. The staff by the way are really nice.

My ONLY con, is the location I mainly go to does not have a decline bench. I REALLY wish they did. I'm sure I'm not the only member that has that same request. Also their Ab coast doesn't have the attachment so you can add weight.

I would highly recommend Planet fitness! I've been to dozens of gyms. All gyms are different. World gym was for the die hard lifters and body builders. Planet Fitness is a great all around gym!
I will attach a pic of myself, not for attention, but so you can see I know my way around a gym. And when I endorse a gym, it has earned it!

I visit with my friend who has a membership and I am always treated with respect from the time I walk in to the time I leave. My only complaint would be that repetitive songs...gets old when you hear a song 3 times or more (I know, get earbuds is what everyone is probably thinking) Sometimes it is way to loud. They need to be 24/7 like they advertise all over their facility. They change without giving anyone notice. And they close the next closet gym the same time. They’re discriminating due to region. Great place to work-out, clean & fun, with no judgement ... :) Lots of equipment. I am a new member and the only reason for 4 stars was, I signed up on a Friday with $40 start-up fee and the same fee, but only $1, started on Monday. Then, another $40, annual fee will be within two months. Acceptable, but I was not aware and just want to share. The staff members are very pleasant and helpful! My journey is off to a good start. :)

I am visiting family in the Hamilton area and have an Active account in Colorado (Classic Membership). I was told this morning that unless I upgrade to a Black Card ($10 extra every month moving forward) or make Hamilton my home gym that I could Not workout at their location. As this is a one-time occurrence, a Black card would not suit my situation, and making Hamilton my home gym would make me stuck at their location for 90 days when I'm only here visiting for the weekend. I believe there should of been another measure available to accommodate my circumstance. I offered to pay cash for a day pass and was told they do not offer day passes anymore.
