First time at this location. I don't work out I just come to tan.. this location has the newest tanning beds of any of the locations in the area that I've been to, Ive only used a booth so far but the experience was good. No bulbs out.. seemed clean. Will definitely be coming to this location when I'm in the area.

Huge shout-out to Christine, the incredible cleaning lady at Planet Fitness! Ever since she’s been here, the difference has been night and day. The floors are so perfectly mopped you could honestly walk barefoot without worry, and the Black Card Spa area smells fresh and spotless every time. Christine clearly takes pride in her work, and it makes the whole gym feel better for everyone. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with a person who had such a bad odor that everyone had to move to the order side of the weight area. When I discreetly brought this up with staff, they said “unfortunately, we can’t do anything about it because that would be judging him for having a bad smell, and we can’t judge here”.

Terrible location. The men harass and bully the women, I was told when they do they just get a note on their accounts to watch around women because $20 a month is more important than patron safety (an employee informed me of this). Weekend hours are terrible compared to neighboring cities. You can sign up for amenities but they’ll cut them off and tell you too bad. I have a video of a guy rubbing his junk on equipment but whatever. It’s almost summer so the teens come for free and it’s always nice to see them loiter in the parking lot and damage cars and drag the handicap signs around the parking lot. Oh yeah a fight broke out a few weeks ago. Honestly 10/10 representation of Dayton as a whole.

It could definitely be cleaner. An the tanning beds are not taken care of. My first visit t tanned in a bed with 6 lit bulbs. An all the staff acted shocked but did nothing for a week.

Gotta love Planet Fitness. Great for the usual gym routine and also great while out and traveling. They are sprinkled all across the country and the ability to be able to go to any one of them to workout, shower, even rest is just a huge money saver. It has been so helpful while touring across the country with my band and alone has helped me save bundles of money, while also not feeling gross.

Love planet fitness. Always clean, lots of machines always in working order. Tanning so so, bulbs are usually low. We go on off times so not too hard to get the machine you want. When I first arrived I got a free appt with a trainer and what he suggested for me. Drinks, locks, gear and taking lotion available to purchase. I almost always bring a friend, don't like working out alone. Highly recommend over some of the others around.

Always greeted by gentleman when coming in but when girl is at front she sits with her back towards door talking on her phone . Horrible way to conduct business why are you paying this person to do nothing ? Sat morning at 830 am…
To ur reply see management !!! I believe an issue can be solved by consulting ur management staff . If you as an owner feel I should address it more in person just shows you have no consideration or concerns for ur business. Investing is one thing but customer service is another. This has been my home gym for years and I've always been happy with it compared to others but the last 2 times I've been here I've had to wait a ridiculous amount of time AFTER my tanning appt time. BOTH NOT ONCE BUT BOTH times they finally say it's ready the door is closed and I have to knock just to find out someone is still in the room. That alone tells me they don't clean their tanning booths and beds because if they did they would know the room is already occupied. There is absolutely no reason to schedule a time on the computer cause this time around it was almost 20 mins after my time and I had to let them know someone is in the rm. Absolutely disgusted that they don't clean their tanning rooms, seriously debating on going back to my old location. Remember just because it looks clean doesn't mean it is clean.

The staff is very friendly and mostly knowledgeable. Some of them don't know the names of the muscle groups, but if you show them what area you want to develope they are then able to suggest the correct equipment. The place and equipment is kept very clean. Some equipment need lubricant but not badly, not enough to throw the by more than a few pounds. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible treatment from the server, today in the middle of my training a girl approached me to inform me that I had the wrong shoes, she told me to leave immediately in an annoying way, I responded that I was not aware of this, that On the next occasion I would bring the correct shoes, which would allow me to finish my training assignment, and she responded in an explosive and rude manner to me to leave the gym immediately, I understand the rules but it doesn't seem like the way to communicate things, in especially if we pay month after month punctually, in addition to this, this girl, unlike her colleagues, is the only one who never responds to greetings when entering, I hope I think badly and this is not a problem of her resentment toward us, which is very evident by her different treatment towards us, I hope that as the correct footwear is requested from the users, good treatment is also requested from the users.

Store is very clean inside. The staff are nice.

Only issue is we can't get accurate information about whether a black card member's guest can go alone without the holder if the holder approves it on the app via QR code. Been told different things by different employees. I just gave up and decided to get my own classic membership since no one knows. My fiancée is still pissed - especially since there's no customer service line, just links you back to a store location.

One of the worst gyms in Dayton. It’s only a few years old but equipment is all busted, there’s 900 treadmills and not nearly enough multiples of other machines. Dudes here are creepier than other locations and will follow you around and take machines while you’re using them. Good for cardio if you can find a treadmill that isn’t malfunctioning

I traditionally go to Huber Heights Planet Fitness Monday through Friday and Wilmington Pike on Weekends. Both clubs are immaculate and run exceptionally well.

I have had my gym membership for the past 3 months and I love the Kettering location I really do…. But….. it’s not a judgment, free zone at all when it comes to the young females that go there Will definitely stare you judge you laugh at you. Giggle with her friends about you and it’s just ridiculous. It doesn’t matter how many times you tell the people at the front desk they don’t really care nor mind what’s going on.

Ive been to about 8 planet fitnesses since I became a member and Kettering is by far the best. I workout late at night and Amelia on the night staff is absolutely amazing. She is so kind to everyone, always has a smile and is willing to help with anything. She is the epitome of top level customer service and is always keeping the
atmosphere positive. I can honestly say her positivity and character has an impact on everyone in the gym. This Kettering location is always clean when I go and they even have a tv in the massage chair room which is something the other gyms dont have. It’s such a nice touch to be able to watch a sportscenter highlight during a quick massage chair session and definitely appreciated. Kettering and Amelia are amazing!!!

Lately every time I go to workout here, I leave with the worst the sinus pressure I have ever felt. This is followed by a sneezing attack on my way home. The same thing happens to my friend who also works out here. Something at this gym is causing me to have an allergic reaction. This is strange considering I have never had problems with allergies before. Not sure if it is dirty here, or I am allergic to the cleaning product but I can longer workout here. The last time I went, I felt sick for two days after. I love this gym but I will not be returning unless this issue can be resolved somehow.
