The little blonde girl working 8/12/25 is more worried bout talking to dudes then checking people in I worked 13hrs and brought my wife to tan before going home and she sat waiting to even be greeted and talked to let alone checked in little girl was more worried about hitting on the guy she's working with. This is why I stopped coming and why my wife will now go to Palm beach . Get it together customer service is always first

They scrapped the little circuit room—aka the only spot where you could actually work out without it turning into a social experiment. Now it’s chaos. Gym etiquette? Doesn’t exist. People just post up on machines, scrolling TikTok or admiring themselves in the mirror while their entire Amazon haul holds the equipment hostage. And apparently, showing up in your underwear is the latest trend. Honestly, I’d test it out as a midlife crisis moment… if my dignity didn’t keep getting in the way 😂

I have severe social anxiety that prevents me from going into most public places. This is one of the very few establishments where I don't feel judged. I love that I can view the crowd meter before heading in for my workout. Everything is clean and very well taken care of. The employees are doing an amazing job and are extremely welcoming every time I visit. I do wish I had someone to teach me how to use the equipment for the type of workout I desire. I'm a beginner and have no idea what I'm doing.

I started going to this gym a year ago and have had nothing but bad experiences. From employees that are to busy talking to friends to check me in, to other gym members hogging the machines and following me to different areas. The employees do not care about anyone but themselves. This gym is constantly dirty and out of paper towels.

First off staff was polite and respectful, now as a guy who travels all over this country, this is by far the worst planet fitness yet!! The machines are packed into a small place, they are missing a lot of machines that other planet fitnesses have because they are so tiny, with all the abandoned buildings in this town why not move? Oh because it’s profit over experience! The poor people of this town will be shocked if they ever visit another planet fitness!!

The Marion Planet Fitness team is AMAZING!! The team that Amanda has created is like a family to us. Amanda, Makenzie, Eric, Marshall, Ketch and Rob are always welcoming and friendly every day that we check in. It is refreshing to watch them work to keep the facility top notch and clean. We have been members at other gyms around Ohio, and visited many facilities around the country. We have never seen the high level of commitment at any other facility as we have at Marion Planet Fitness. We are so very thankful that Marion has this Planet Fitness and its team! We feel blessed to go in every day and keep our bodies strong in a clean, friendly environment.

Planet fitness is the place to go from working out to massage chairs to tanning anet fitness has it all and the best part about ot its the cheapest place ever just ot tan at palm beach it's the its the price here and you get 100 times more at planet fitness then just taning for that price. I also love how everyone I come here the employers greet you and when your leaving they make sure to tell me good bye Alot of places employers are suppose to greet you and they don't but this place the do Planet fitness also has perks for black card members like 50% off drinks and discounts on alot of sites. I know I'm definitely not going know where for a while.0

I feel better workjng out. I also take advantage of the tanning beds and the the hydro massage along with the total workout booth on days that I don't work out. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They really make you feel welcome. They are also very helpful. The trainer, Aaron, is very knowledgeable and has been a tremendous help for my workouts. I highly recommend the branch in Marion, Ohio. They are wonderful. ❤️

There is not really a better gym than Planet Fitness in Marion. There is a ton of equipment to use for whatever your former goals are. If you need to lose some weight there are numerous treadmills, stationary bikes, stair masters, etc. If gaining strength is your thing there are countless weights, machine or free weights, to use. There are numerous classes. The tanning beds are super clean. The massage chairs are heavenly after a workout. The shower and locker room are is so clean.

This is a great place to work out! They have a machine to strengthen every part of your body. The massage chairs provide a great end of work out relaxation and helps relax your muscles. The tanning beds are great as well! They have built in fans to keep you cooled off and relaxing music plays so your not just laying in silence. The locker room is great and has everything you need from showers, to changing rooms, of course bathrooms, lockers, and even hair dryers. I showered there and they are very clean, really the whole building is. The water stayed hot for my whole 20 minute shower and there was another woman showering before I started and was still showering all through me putting on lotion and getting dressed and she must have had hot water all the way through or she wouldn't have been in there that long. The workers are always very nice and helpful! My first time coming in I asked lots of questions and they answered everything without making me feel stupid. Everyone just works out and does their own thing. You don't have people staring at you or making u feel uncomfortable. Great place!

This past year has been dubbed my "older than dirt tour" as I celebrated my 65th birthday...sometimes I feel invisible as a senior citizen, but NEVER here! I've been on a fitness journey to better myself and the staff here know me by name and they ALWAYS make me feel welcome and special. It's okay after you get used to being around people certain hours less people weekend hardly anybody in there. Monday through Thursday pretty busy at certain hours if you have the app it has a crowd meter on it. one bar pretty enjoyable being in there two bars a bit crowded

My car wouldn’t start because my battery dies and unfortunately I left my phone at home. I walked into planet fitness and asked if I could use their phone to call my wife for a ride and they said no because I wasn’t a member and it’s not part of their policy. I don’t think it’s policy, I think it’s basic human kindness to let a dad and his 6 year old son use the phone so they can get out of the 85 degree heat. Nope, they turned me away and insists it was not in their policy. Luckily someone over heard the conversation and let me use their cell. Terrible.

They're doing a good job of making a comfortable place to exercise and feel better about myself. They had gone above and beyond to teach and help me grow. I recommend getting the black card membership, especially if you're going for therapeutic reasons. The hydromassage beds have been allowing me to do a lot more; and with a lot less pain and strain. It's a good place to go. The only thing I would change is to make the time in hydromassage longer. :D
