Very good location. The staff is friendly and polite. Aside from some weird limitations on kettlebell weights, the overall gym experience is very good.

They have recently kicked up their cleaning game and the place looks a great deal better.

Edit: I have since used their rowing machines. They are not concept 2's or even something smooth like a water rower. The foot rests come loose easily and the screen does not accurately depict a 500 meter split, which makes it hard to track your progress in the middle of your row. You can do the calculations after the fact, but you can't adapt your workout as much as you could if you had if you had that info. They are matrix rowers by the way.

This is a well ran location. Clean, stocked, and well kept. Gabe, Alex, Matt and Ben are great employees!! They're always so friendly and helpful with any needs. I recommend Mentor PF to anybody looking for a convenient fitness center.

Never a dull moment at plant fitness. Sometimes people come into the club and wear their street clothes and not a word is said. Other people come in and drop weights and not a word is said.What ever happened to the lunk alarm? The place has really gone down hill. I would give plant fitness a big 0 if I could. Not like the good old days at plant fitness. The Walmart of health clubs.

1st time going to Planet Fitness. Was very pleased with overall cleanliness and seeing users clean machines before and after they used them. Only question is as more people arrived, the crowd meter didn't seem to change. Watched probably 10-12 people arrive and only 2 leave and meter stayed at 2? Cleanliness is more important so we were very pleased and rate it at 5 stars all day long.

Alright facility nobody answer the phone. I’ve called over the last 2 days to ask 1 question if my water bottle is there and yet I’ve called like 15-20 times and hear it ring until the call inevitably ends but I called every other planet fitness and what a surprise they wander after 2 rings stop being lazy and plug your phone back in your wasting people’s time

Not sure why this place is rated so clean. Today 7/28 noon, every single toilet in the women’s restroom was filthy. This is more consistent than not. Technically, it’s not all on the staff there, but also on the public that use the facilities. No work out. Makes us wonder how clean the entire gym is.

Excellent customer service with clean facilities. One of my favorite PF locations. Great interior setup, easy access, and super hospitality of the staff. Friendly patrons with a diverse crowd of ages. The Black Card Spa has a cool computer scan-in to manage your bookings for the extra TLC services.

This is an amazing gym. And also a very clean one. The only things wrong I've seen with it is a little bit of rust on a couple of the weight machines (this is not affecting use currently, corporate can order a replacement), and a little water leaking from the roof.. Old building, property manager at fault, not the staff. The staff here is very supportive of your fitness goals, I've gotten a few fist bumps when I'm deep down in a cardio workout. I've also seen the staff deep cleaning every inch of the machines. I've lost over 20 pounds in less than 2 months going here regularly with watching my diet. Fixed my blood pressure issues. This place can change your life!

I went to the Mentor Location today with my husband to signup for a membership. I’ve been to this location before as a guest of my husband but was ready to get my own membership again and excited to start working out more. I use a cane and I’m currently rehabbing my knee from surgery.

I went into the 30min circuit room and was on my third machine when a couple approached me and asked me to get off so they could hop on. I explained I was almost finished and just needed a few more minutes. They started arguing with me and telling me I couldn’t read the instructions of the room. They refused to let me finish my reps and were yelling at me. I was only in the circuit room for 10min and on my third machine so I wasn’t being too slow or hogging any certain machine. I felt completely bullied and embarrassed. Even other customers chimed in to tell the couple they were wrong and to support me.

The gentleman ended up going to the front desk and complained about me. My husband tried to defuse the situation but we felt as is the staff kinda rushed us and didn’t want to talk to us about what happened so we left. When asked later for a managers number we were told they could not provide one. I feel like planet fitness’s motto is that it’s a judgement free zone. People should not be yelled at when working out. We should support each other. Super disappointed by the way this couple behaved as well as how the staff and the mentor location reacted to it.

Message chairs are awesome! Hydo beds need to have the water temperature turned up! I've told the front desk about it multiple times, and I always get stupid responses from the kids who don't want to be bothered so i took stars away. I hope the owner or GM sees this review and gets it fixed!!!

I have been with Planet Fitness for over 10+ years and I liked it at other places but I just moved to this area and this is a super packed gym. I gave it two stars because the staff is nice and it’s clean but the people who go there, especially the women, like to play on their phones and talk to their friends and not work out and they take up two pieces of machine while doing this all for over 20 minutes. This is not a big gym and they don’t have a lot of equipment for the amount of members they have. Like I said I loved planet fitness as a whole but this place made me cancel my membership today.
