My wife and I had a member stalking us at this location. Planet Fitness refused to help. He openly admitted to using PF and their lack of rules/security as a cover to follow us during our morning workouts. This issue was reported several times over the course of months to in location employees and PF corporate. Long story short is that they have no security measures, and anyone willing to pay $15 is free to do whatever they please with no consequences. A manager in charge at this location literally made a rubbing dollar bills together gesture at us while stating she was positive PF wouldn’t even try to help us due to being overly money hungry! This is the 2nd time we have quit from this location due to suffering harassment from other members. Planet Fitness doesn’t care at all.

Do yourself a favor and spring for a better membership somewhere else. You are worth it and deserve a gym that treats you properly!

P.S. - I was never thanked a single time for all the ideas this location used that were mine. Several times I provided feedback in a member survey which I noticed them implementing shortly after, including returning to 24/7. Wish I could go back and not offer my assistance. Clearly we were never appreciated.

I was a member at the Milford, OH location, & while the younger staff were always nice & the gym was relatively clean, my cancellation experience completely soured my opinion of Planet Fitness.

On March 12, 2025, I called to cancel my membership, & the first rep told me I could cancel online. However, when she passed the phone to a manager, he falsely claimed I couldn’t, blaming the first rep’s inexperience. Turns out she was right. I was able to cancel online, proving that the manager was either misinformed or intentionally misleading me.

Beyond that, I was also frustrated to find out this location doesn’t offer any classes or trainers, which was never made clear when I signed up.

Because of this experience, I won’t be using any Planet Fitness locations in the future & wouldn’t recommend them to others. Transparency & honesty should be the bare minimum for a business.

I love coming to Planet Fitness! The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and has a great selection of equipment for every workout. By far the worst location I have ever been to. Planet Fitness prides itself on having a “judgement free zone”, but in fact the judgment starts when you enter the door. The 3 children working the desk were very rude, and while I was checking in they were talking amongst themselves, talking about other members coming and going out. As if I couldn’t hear them. Talking about these people in a negative way. Members pay to be there, to better themselves. Members aren’t paying to be judged and treated like crap!!! It’s ridiculous and sad. Absolutely the worst staff! I was going to contact the manager, but I found out that he actually was the manager! I have never been so disrespected by a person representing a business in my life. And to think all I was doing was inquiring about joining as a Silver Sneakers member! It is very obvious they do not want them as members! Other gyms welcomed us eagerly and we joined MAC. I'm not sure all Planet Fitness locations are like the one in Milford, but according to the other bad reviews about the staff at Milford, it is certainly warranted!

Everytime we walk in , your front desk team greets us and gives us a "see you again soon" as we leave. They are quick to answer questions we may have about the equipment.

This location SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would rather drive completely out of my way to another one then come back here. For one I have told them multiple times their bed kept quitting every time I would get in it they said it was fixed but clearly isn’t. The staff is very rude.
My friend and I signed up to tan online and when we went in only one of the beds were available and said my friend wasn’t on there. Clearly jake gave someone the bed because we both signed up at the same time. Jake is very disrespectful.

When speaking to my bank’s fraud team, they informed me that they deal with Planet Fitness issues nearly every day. This company is disgusting and steals from people whenever they get a chance. Me and my friends go to the gym after school to workout in a positive environment until one day several months ago, a man and his partner started giving us weird looks all the time while we are trying to workout. Ever since, they have been harassing, and degrading us on our looks (mind you, I am 14 and he is a middle aged man). This has been ongoing for months now. Then he started to report us to staff when we tried to stick up for ourselves. The staff one day gave us a warning about getting complaints about harassment and we will get our memberships revoked if we don’t stop so then we started saying all the things that he has done and they told us we can only complain online after we have seen the man report us at the front counter. Now we have got our memberships revoked for this and they will still not truly tell us how to report him. The staff has taken their side completely just because of the fact that we are teens. I have had a good time at planet fitness until all of this has happened to me and my friends.

Just had an awful experience. My boyfriend & i are powerlifters that train up the road at Raw Performance Labs. He wasn’t done training so I popped over to the Milford planet fitness to tan. I am a black card member from Alexandria just so I can tan. Whoever the young men were working the desk today were incredibly rude. They treated me like an idiot. The way they spoke to me was completely unacceptable. Since I’ve never been to this location before, I had questions about tanning there & getting a bed. I could tell he had no interest in helping me, he did not look at me once & even turned his back to me. After trying to figure out how to work the tanning computer for a few minutes & it not accepting my QR code, i just left. As someone who worked the front desk of a fitness facility for 4 years, I’d be embarrassed to have this guy as an employee. Do better.

Lacking free weights! Want to do a flat bench or inclined bench press... forget it. Want to do barbell deadlifts, forget it. Want to do standing barbell or seated barbell shoulder presses, forget it. Core, combination movements like this are essential to a good weight lifting program. If you want to do this at Planet Fitness, forget it. Gym focus is on a ridiculous amount of cardio machines and lacks basic weight training equipment. You'll find yourself searching for something as basic as a shoulder lateral raise machine because it doesn't exist. That at least can be done with dumbbells. For a gym that is supposed to be all-inclusive, if you want to lift weights, they really don't want you here.

To work out as you know what you’re doing, is fine. To get help or assistance, it’s non-existent. The tanning beds, message chairs or red light beds, good luck! And any information you want online? I used to like this location. Recently has going down. The leg curl machine wasn’t working for at least 1 week.
Sometimes there’s no paper towels to clean machines.
It has been recently very crowded. So much crowded that I had to walk away from the gym some days because all the machines were busy.
Also many times the people doesn’t return the equipment back to their racks. But the staff doesn’t worry about it.
The prior staff (almost 5 months ago) did rounds in the gym to put more paper towels and to see that everything were working properly.
But the current staff I’ve notice that doesn’t do that.
One day the ladies showers were all “taken” with no noise, and apparently nobody was using them. They were just “taken”(curtain closed)
Staff must do rounds also into the lockers area to make sure that showers are working and aren’t “taken” without anyone in them.
Idk if the summer pass for teenagers has a schedule but I strongly recommend it. Because most of the members work and can’t just go when is less crowded but when we’re able to.

The club itself is fine. Equipment and facility is neat and clean, but the staff is where I think it falls short. They’re not very polite or concerned with your experience. They do not open on time consistently it seems, and the 24/7 is misleading. In 2 months I’ve had several mornings where they weren’t open like they should have been.

On the Friday after thanksgiving the girl was inside working out her self (it appeared) rather than opening the store. Initially I thought she was just running behind. She saw me around 6:20 and never came to open the door until almost 7. I was irritated but assumed I got the hours wrong. The least they could do is pop a head out and say they’re not open. She finally unlocked the doors at 6:45ish once someone else arrived. I asked what the hours were that day she said they opened at 7 and the hours were hanging on the door. They were not. They were posted inside though I noticed today, stating they opened at 6am on Friday.

I don’t care for people who will lie to my face and I don’t care for people who have no concern about a bad guest experience.

I’ll stay bc of the convenience factor but as soon as I find a better option I’m out.

Not making this up but someone (either an employee of this store with access to the company van or an outside employee who drops off packages or something) was driving around in the planet fitness van at 3:30 in the morning like an absolute maniac, speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit, no turn signals ever, trying to fly past and race people. I was so confused on what I was seeing but it was incredibly dangerous. I’m not some safety nerd either. I’m only writing this because it was 100% really bad and people are seeing someone driving like that and then seeing what is basically a giant billboard with your company name all over it. And I followed the van and it turned off in the parking lot by your store so that’s why I’m leaving this review here. Thanks.

What is nice about planet fitness is the flexibility and price for the average person to be fit. For the dad or mom or person who may have to work late. They PRIDE themselves on being a fit for everybody. But the 24/7 hours represented that. If you work second shift...forget it... i work early. So I wanted to go to the gym before work, like 400 am. Thats why I signed up for a membership. I can now do that a max of 3 days a week....on weekends i tried to go after my wife and kids went to bed, at 9. Cant do that now. 7 to 7 is horrible. If they dont go back to 24/7 soon ill be one of probably many who this membership will no longer be worth it...

I always receive terrible service at this location. Today just took the cake. I walk in, two workers, no greet. Ok l, that’s fine. I want to buy a tanning lotion packet. They sell me a mens tanning lotion so now I smell like a guy. Ok, again, whatever. I notice going into my bed that the “sanitized” sign is laying on the chair. I think they were just lazy and didn’t put it up on the bed after cleaning. As I get into my bed I notice tanning lotion streaks all over the bed. I wipe it to see if they come up and sure enough, they did. They put me in a bed that wasn’t cleaned!!!! To top that off, I walked out of room and see the guy flirting with the girl and ignored me altogether. There was no point in complaining about the dirty bed to these two kids who didn’t do their job to begin with. I understand it’s Easter and no one wants to work but come on. I will never return back to this location. I will continue to drive to Fields Ertel because they are actually amazing at that location. And after I build up my tan, I will be canceling my membership. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Been trying to get in touch with the manager and staff has written down my information for them to call me several times now and still nobody has called me! Want to know why I cancel my membership back when Covid first started and I found out they weren’t 24 hours and yet they are still charging my card! Driving to Children’s Hospital three times a week with gas prices the way they are it’s not cheap and I should have been fine for at least eight few months because I had saved so I could stay home to tend to my autistic children and their needs.

Great planet fitness! I'm a truck driver and I stop at many planes fitness all around the USA and this one was awesome! Clean and lots of equipment, very nice and clean showers!

Its Okay New guy showed us around could be more informative... Got my wife the Black Card, I had to sign myself up online with phone. Equipment was clean.. TV sucked on the treadmill I was on it wasnt clear at all. But hey its a gym.

After doing a hardcore leg and abs workout I had the sudden urge to use the bathroom. I ran in there and did my business but there was one problem... there was no toilet paper! Thankfully the young man at the front desk came to my rescue and threw me in some toilet paper. Amazing team work from staff!

Walked In and sat on a bench and instantly sat in a puddle of somthing wet and stinky I was assuming it was urine then I mentioned it to the front desk guy and he said it's probably the cleaning fluid I later got home and checked it definitely didn't smell like the cleaning fluid then I later found that it was me who did it I guess I peed my self I later then apologized and canceled my membership in embarrassment

Love planet fitness, they have always provided me with good service. Also found out there is handicapped accessible equipment that I can bring my daughter to do some work outs with me too... Super laid back and I am extremely comfortable when I go.

I love this gym! It is a large gym, great tanning options, and is always very clean. The only issue I've had at this gym is sometimes their tanning is down.

Planet Fitness was clean and neat. The employees were wearing masks and following COVID protocols per their signs. The bathrooms and shower area was clean. Overall, a good experience.
