Great gym! Not the biggest PF in central Ohio but the front deck team is always friendly, most of the people using the gym are respectful and there's usually enough available equipment to not have to wait to get your workout in!

I love having a Planet Fitness close by me again I like to go late at night that's when I'm able to go and they are only open four nights a week. Despite what the sign says 24/5 that is incorrect they are actually open 24/3. They close early on Friday Saturday and Sunday and don't open back up until 5:00 a.m. I believe on Monday

Super friendly and helpful staff. I have never once felt disrespected or judged at this location. Pretty well kept and clean, I have seen staff clean and keep the gym looking nice multiple times during my visits. The locker room is kept clean as well (at least the women’s). Several machines to use, I’ve never had any issues with having to wait forever to use a machine or not being able to use it due to waiting. I wish they were opened later in the weekends, but I understand they use that time for cleaning/maintenance.

I like this place .....but I need a true 24-hour gym because of my work shifts. This place is only open 24 hours, 4 days of 7. So only about half the week.

I feel like they need to be open more hours!

I thought it was at least 5 days when I joined, but they close early on Friday, too.

Also, on days they close early, I have been there well over an hour before close, and the computer won't let me book anything. Time slots are full for black cards.... yet I looked in, and the massage chairs were totally empty. The sign said they take appointments until a time, but the computer won't let you book.
Last time, I told the person at the desk and asked her to let me use the empty massage chairs.... she was rude and refused, saying they were full.

I absolutely saw them empty. In fact, the whole black card spa was empty except ME, and it was 20 minutes before they stopped taking appointments on the sign.

Very disappointing that even when I can make it in on their 3 short days, I can not fully use amenities. How hard is it to clean the stuff when you close early anyway? Come on. Stop shutting it all off so early🙄

I have also seen them way more interested in their phones and conversations instead of the hassle of the spa area. RUDE

However, that is why I joined there as opposed to anytime fitness who is open more hours that i can use. May need to reconsider my situation.......

Typical gym. Friendly staff. I’ve never really used the black card amenities I pay for but the price is so good I don’t feel like I’m missing out. I feel they could benefit from some heavy soft medicine balls (hint hint), and maybe one set of even heavier dumbbells as I max out on some exercises with the ones they have. That being said I can always find the pump I’m looking for. Thanks planet fitness for being a part of my journey.

My husband and I got Black Card memberships. I had just finished physical therapy for sciatica nerve pain and scoliosis. Physical therapy straightened my curvature and recommended I go through a year of physical strengthening with a personal trainer at a gym. Planet Fitness includes that in even their classic level membership. I got the Black Card level because it allows me to do red light therapy with vibration for rebuilding my osteoporosis level bones. I‘ve been doing it for several weeks and am more stable in my walk and other movements. I have been able to increase weight on all the machines I use a couple times already. I’m excited! I don’t care for their music, so I wear ear buds and listen to Christian songs and instrumentals.

Traveled out of state and decided to take my date to Planet Fitness, and as soon as we entered the building, we were welcomed by Eric and Danni who helped us out a lot and treated us with respect. This is one of the friendliest and cleanest PF's I've been to and I have an over the road truck driver for a husband. The staff is amazing! They go out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and encouraging. The gym is quite large and all working and clean equipment. I can't even begin to explain how pleased I am with how well they keep the locker room, bathroom, and the showers! All the tanning room, massage chairs, lounges etc. have NEVER been dirty or have had that film feeling. My experience in this little town of Mt Vernon PF has been top notch. This is an A+ gym. You can not go wrong getting a membership here.

I have been working out at Planet Fitness for a while and I’ve gone to many of them, this one has truly been my favorite. The staff are friendly and helpful always! The manager Cody is kind and funny and truly makes it a better experience. There’s people of all ages who enjoy saying hello and talking with the staff and I think that says a lot.

I haven’t the slightest reason why any of the reviews call the manager “intimidating” or “rude”. I have always found him to be very sweet and encouraging since day one of joining. I feel “intimidating” is especially insane. I love this gym and I feel very comfortable there! The morning staff (and staff every time I go for that matter) have always been kind and welcoming.

So when my fiance and I signed up for our membership 2 months ago. We were told by the manager that we would be charged an annual membership fee and that if we didn't want to be charged the annual fee to cancel before December 1st. Well we went in today to cancel her membership to avoid getting a 50 dollar annual fee because she did not use her membership at all. The same manager said that we will still be charged for the annual fee. So he lied to us both 2 months ago. I am just letting everyone that this manager is doing some shady stuff behind closed doors. Not to trust the manager and if anyone has been lied to as well and is being charged this annual fee to 1. Take your business else where. 2. Contact the Better Business Bureau in Ohio. 3. Contact the Ohio Attorney General. We should not have to put up with a shady business and manager and lied to about fees when we are told one thing and then they do the opposite.
