I'm from out of town and visited this location twice already. It's close by, convenient, the staff were more than accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. The gym itself was clean, plenty of workouts, and the times I went, wasn't very busy. I also tanned, and the tanning rooms and beds were cleaned, fully stocked. The gym was fully stocked with paper towels, sanitizers, merchandise.

Love this place. I hadn't been there for a very very long time, but it was still the same no judgement zone I always enjoyed. The only thing is there is not anyone ever at the service desk and you have to wait for a long time to find an employee. I think they may be low on workers.

24 hour gym really helps with insomnia. The equipment is well maintained and the entire place is clean and organized top to bottom. From the machines to the bathroom and showers, all spotless and sterile.

Their fees are incredibly egregious, as is their deceptive practices pertinent to cancelations - consumers are forced to jump through hoops just to cancel their memberships, meanwhile signing up is incredibly easy. Really looking forward to the FTC cracking down on slimy businesses such as these, this area absolutely deserves better.

A great place to work out at and staff willing to assist when needed. As their saying says, "judgement free facility." I go on the morning and there seems to be quite a few of my age "60 +" there which makes me feel more comfortable

The equipment such as the bikes are not working properly...they reset themselves in the middle of your workout..or they have a loud clicking in the pedals..time for some new equipment..but I'm sure that's not going to happen

They make cancelling memberships as difficult as possible. You can use an app to have access to the gym and they’ll take online payment. But you can’t adjust or cancel your membership online or over the phone.

Never been to this facility. Kind of been looking into it and inquiring. Been thinking hard about getting a membership somewhere to get in shape. But I honestly can't stand the colors of the equipment and the surrounding area. Just the looks of the place has a really bad uncomfortable negative effect on me that I just can't seem to get over.

I only use my membership to tan. The workers are always doing something else. One time a couple months ago I went in to tan and I had to go find the worker because no one was at the desk. She was in the massage chair watching tv!

There’s always a wait for the tanning beds, that was the only reason signed up for the membership, $28 a month vrs $22 a visit is a steal but I can’t ever go there to get into the bed

I was amazed to see people in they're 20s on up to 80 here working out. I'm new to the gym and here I don't feel out of place I love it. The price is amazing plus tanning is included! WHAT! love it

I've been working out here since it opened in 2018 & have always had an amazing experience, will warn you though around new years (new year new ME people I'm talking to you here) it gets hectic & good luck finding a treadmill til the hype of the new year wears off... usually around mid-March it dies back down to normal again & you can continue to work out without the wait.

I pay for planet fitness because it fits my schedule being a 24 hour gym.unfortunately the only time I get to go is late at night and for some reason the new Boston Ohio planet fitness is not 24 hours, so I’m definitely not getting what I pay for.

The gym is clean and most of the staff is friendly. However, last evening at 7:00, the female worker at the front desk was very rude, unprofessional, and careless with her customer service. We had a few simple questions and she cut us off several times and was very snarky in her remarks.
