Since this gym isn't open 24 hours a day, why wouldn't you have your MALE janitor clean the women's room before you open? I've never seen this at any other gym I've been too. Does it matter to you that that may be uncomfortable to women who pay for their membership and would like to be in the locker room showering without a man slowly walking around wiping down things while we try to dodge him.
Update. I have spoke to the management of this gym and was told these are the hours he will be here if you're uncomfortable with that come at a different time. Or you can ask him to leave the locker room. So not only are they putting a mail in the women's locker room they are leaving it in the hands of women to ask a full grown man to leave the locker room so that they can get ready with privacy. Yesterday as I was brushing my teeth the man was standing behind me watching me brush in the mirror. Management was told and I was told if you're uncomfortable with him you ask him to step out. I'm canceling this membership as soon as possible. Unfortunately this is the only planet fitness in this area

The staff was so welcoming, smiling, helpful! I had to do a 34hr reset here and they made me feel so at home. They were always cleaning and supporting ppl. I was almost sad to go! Thank you for all you guys do to make this planet fitness a little better than the rest. I travel all over the US. I use bunches of pf. This one was top 10.

Great place to workout if you aren't on a time crunch. If there was more than one of each ab machines it would be nice. Some people camp out on them, not working out, for a long period of time. Also, the group that goes several times a week to the 30 minute workout area, please for the love of everything, wipe the machine off after each use, there are other people that workout in that room too! No one wants sweaty seconds.

Went as a guest with a member....bad experience I would never join. Very rude and arrogant to me at the front desk. The staff are nice facility is nice. Everything’s fine there except the people that come in there. Every time I’ve came in there people sit on the machines and play with their phones on ending. I’ve seen it from 10 to 15 minutes, barely doing any exercise playing with their phones and taking pictures. It’s getting so that it’s almost ridiculous. I never carry my phone in there. I’m in there to exercise and get out, anyway that’s my review.

As I travel the US for work I frequent many Planet Fitness locations. I always check the reviews before I go to get a feeling of how the experience at that particular Club will be. This location had several negative reviews regarding staff attitudes and facility cleanliness, so my expectations weren't very high. However, I was overwhelming surprised by the Staff working when I arrived. This was the busiest time of day between 5-7pm. Zach was working the front desk solo at the time and was super busy checking in guest and getting members assigned to massage chairs and tanning beds. Kilee was on the floor actually CLEANING the equipment, not just dusting things off, and she was keeping towel dispensers and disinfectant spray bottles filled. The entire club was clean and well organized thanks to the effort and hard work of these 2! Give Zach and Kilee a raise, promotion, or both. We need more people like them in this world to make it a better place. This member greatly appreciates coming to Planet Fitness and seeing employees like you 2! Bravo Zulu 🙏🙏

It's a good place for cardio and light work outs with abdominal machines, leg machines, and free wieghts. The bars are at an angle and are terrible. There are massage machines and tanning for $20 members and a friend comes free. Free wifi, showers, and water. Solid gym for beginners and intermidiate work outs, but not for muscle building it arms.

Used the membership one time because the workers were rude as hell. I felt judged the second I walked in the door was expected to just know where everything was the second I walked in the door. And if that's not bad enough they randomly charged me 52$ claiming that's the annual fee then I was told that I owe another $40 for my monthly membership. My membership is 25$ and I paid it last month and the annual fee I agreed to was $40 this is ridiculous. Oh and I can't cancel my membership until I pay off the current balance.
Update: I spoke to management and was met with the same condescending attitude as the employees the manager also hung up on me. So much for judgement free zone.

I have not used my membership in months because I had a bad experience here. I started to go back today was my 2nd day back and I tried to tan I went into the bed after waiting almost 10 minutes after my appointment time just to wait almost 10 more minutes and the bed still did not turn on. I called the front desk and the lady said she would turn the bed on, still nothing after almost 10 more minutes I go out and ask her why it still was not working? She comes back out from the room and says it’s working now I finally go back in, it works for not even 2 minutes and it shuts back off. All of this could have been prevented had she of switched me beds from the beginning. Almost all the beds were available. Us moms are already lucky enough to find time to make 10 minutes for ourselves. I was here almost an hour today after already driving 20 minutes just to be here. Highly upset. Definitely cancelling my membership. Money just wasted. To many bad experiences.

One of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to. I will say that they take pride in keeping the gym very clean. However, This is not a judgement free zone. If you are an everyday gym goer then you do get judged. They have no problem embarrassing you if you are to make any noises. It’s one of the most annoying parts of the gym. Even if it’s not me making a noise its extremely embarrassing for the person that did. Also the management frowns upon providing help to someone that doesn’t know what they are doing. Regardless of the fact that you are not getting paid and just is someone that has knowledge. They want their trainer to be used, who is not there 24/7. This can be quite annoying considering that the trainer does not know everything. No one really does. This IS THE MOST STRICT Planet Fitness I’ve been to. They follow the rules to the T. Which can be great but also can be a flaw. For example if you have sports crocs and forgot your shoes, they will make a note about it and most likely not let you workout. Most other locations will make exceptions. This location has GREAT manners. They will always recognize you and greet you arriving and leaving which is a very good quality to have at the gym. And for the most part the staff is very nice. All in all this location is a 3 out of 5.

Twice in the last two months, I've gotten there when they were supposed to open, and no one was there to open the gym. Waited 30 minutes the first time before giving up and 20 the second time. Who knows how long it actually took for them to open. I've never had any complaints about the gym before, but it's ridiculous to wake up early to go work out and not have the them be open when they are supposed to be, because no one decided to show up.

It's just around the block, near the trampoline park. Unfortunately, the old building still has the purple bricks, so I was frustrated until I read the reviews.

I went to your old location today. I was sad to find out you were closed. I went in the planet fitness app and clicked the address link. It took me to the closed location. The address was correct but the link was to the wrong place (which I didn't notice so I figured you were in fact closed). I just decided to call even though it seemed clear you closed. New location needs work different items missing for exercise machines. soap dispensers still not all installed in restroom areas. Still need baseboards near and in men's locker room from what I was told and closet like area in there was standing open and caulk gun laying on the floor by urinals so a customer moved it to the closet that wasn't supposed to be standing open and closed it. Still NO pods all you hear is the employee say they said there on back order and the total body booth thing where dirty and lack of info from employee's so you weren't sure what to do exactly.

I had been meaning to cancel my membership but I still thought I had time before being charged my annual membership fee. I thought I would receive an email notice before I would be charged. Nope. The day after I realized I was charged, I called to cancel and ask for a refund. I was told I could only cancel by coming in or mailing a letter (not true) and I wouldn't receive my fee back. I did manage to cancel my membership but was refused a refund despite being only a day late. Lesson learned: read the fine print and don't trust Planet Fitness to be good to its customers.

Started off as a decent fitness facility, with the selling point being cheap and conveniently open 24hr. Still cheap, but they have shortened their hours on Friday. Saturday, and Sunday. (Might want to fix this on google). Also communication is subpar. Memorial Day it was stated they closed at one (posted on the door). I, as well as multiple other cars assumed they would open back up Tuesday, (12 AM)….we soon figured out, and probably more throughout the night that was not the case. Literally could have just put closed at 1 PM on Monday, open at xxx on Tuesday, and taped it to the door. Or update google (what 90% of people check)
