Very nice. My home PF is in Parma on Snow Road. Went to Seven Hills today and really enjoyed. Club was clean, machines in great working condition, and staff was helpful and pleasant. Definitely will revisit this location.

Honestly, I don’t write reviews almost ever but felt like this place deserved one. The only thing this Planet Fitness has going for it is that it’s open 24/7. Other than that, this place is a joke. The employees act like they’re doing you a favor just by being there, and the management is even worse. It feels like a bunch of frat boys and girls running the place with zero professionalism or respect for members. I’ve been a black card member for about 4-5 years and have been to locations all over OH and some other states. The vibe here is immature, unhelpful, and flat-out rude. You’d think a gym this busy would have staff who actually care, but nope. One of the younger guy employees will literally do circles around you with the floor cleaning machine constantly bumping into you while you’re mid set on a bench. I’d rather transfer to another location that isn’t 24/7 than deal with this circus you call a gym again. Total disappointment.

Been a black card member for about 10
years. Im from a different state & have been using the available PF in the area. This location I frequented the most because it wasn’t too busy at the time i like to go. Being fair the attendant didn’t approach me in a mean way but what she said shocked me… ive been to this location over 10 times and i wont be able to workout there. Honestly, even after processing what she said I knew I was going to at least complete today’s workout. Now this may be a rule of PF but it has never been said to me, & I travel to various PF’s & have been to plenty locations outside of my home gym. Honestly Im rarely at my home gym, I use that the least lol. So it bothered me that after 10 years in an unfamiliar state at 3am would prompt anyone to approach someone with this. Maybe when im exiting would have been more appropriate to lmk I’ve exhausted my visits… but trying to kick me out in the middle of working out, like that was my only option seemed oddly intentional & targeted. When researching there were alternatives of paying $5 listed on PF site but that wasnt stated. Just that I wasnt supposed to be able to workout there. It seemed my presence may have bothered them for whatever reason….

Called corporate to cancel my membership. Stated I had to go into the “home” location to cancel & they can refund me (or partial) for the month of October. Went in and cancelled on the 23rd. Called for a refund by GM was unavailable, left a message. Never called me back the next day but I called them, stated “they are independently owned and do not have to follow what corporate states.” Asked for a refund, they refused stating I would have had to cancel prior to the 10th to not be charged for the month. Asked if membership was good until next due payment - stated yes. Went to use membership at another location and FALSE it is NOT valid - would need to renew to use.
Not the person who cancelled me in gym OR the person who answered my call knows what is going on. The GM did not even have the decency to call me back even after reviewing message. Unprofessional & disrespectful.

Staff is nice most of the time. But waits for beds that aren't even in use is crazy. Holding massage beds for people is also crazy. Highly recommend wiping down your own bed and wearing socks to your tanning beds. Those rooms are not cleaned very well. Test it out for yourself. Put a smudge on the mirror, it will be there in a month. Seriously the workers are just standing around every time I'm there. Go wipe something down

This planet fitness is far and away the cleanest gym I have ever been to. The staff is accommodating and very friendly. I've been a member for years and the black card is an amazing value with everything included (tanning, store discounts and free guests). I adjust my workouts since the dumbells only go to 75lbs, but I just do higher reps and practice perfect form instead of ego lifting. Whether you're just beginning exercising or advanced there are endless opportunities to get a great workout. The employees are always maintaining and cleaning the gym and it is such a great and inclusive environment for everyone.

One of the best planet fitness locations in the country. Hybrid tanning/red light bed as well as a beauty angel vibratory tanning bed, multiple hydro massage beds, and many other nice amenities that you can’t find at many planet fitnesses. The manager Ben runs a tight ship, always fixing stuff around the place and keeping things flowing with his own hands. And his crew is on point, especially Victoria- she is one of the nicest sweetest huemans I’ve met- always willing to go out of her way to ensure a great customer experience. They keep the tanning beds and rooms clean as a whistle as well. They even have a guy who seems to be constantly working in the bathroom ensuring it’s clean at all times. Well oiled wheel I must say.

And to the guy in these reviews complaining about people being on their phones too much at this location, I suggest you go find some Amish folks to work out with if you have a problem with people being on their phones around you. I’m sure they can give you a nice workout. But for real though, there are many hundreds of options for you to choose from to utilize your time in the gym.

I've been to this location twice now and the front desk staff, which was the same 2 people each time, just sit their entire bodies up on the back counter with headphones in and act incompetent when you have to interrupt them. Major NPC vibes from those 2. Like oh you couldn't hear me the first time??? Take out the headphones & maybe actually stand at the desk in front of your members & tend to your job. Quite an unprofessional look as soon as you walk in. The tanning rooms are not well lit at all which is also annoying. The set up in the gym itself is meh. Definitely tight in there, machines are back to back. Ab & stretch area is mirrorless ?? Snow rd PF is way better and the staff is significantly more professional, friendly, welcoming & helpful!! I havent been to day drive in years so i can't say how it is nowadays.

I have been to a lot of the clubs in the Cleveland area and I drive 20 minutes further to come to this one. The layout is great, tons of amenities, very clean, and even when it's busy it does not feel crowded. I often come late at night and the staff is great. Alex specifically helped me out a lot.I had some issues with my membership and trouble with the app. He was able to help me out with everything.

Not only once or twice but three times within the past two and a half months I showed up at 8:25 on a Friday evening and they refused to let me tan they claimed that all the beds were filled but didn't think I would look to see and every door was open now today I go to tan and all of their tanning beds are down because of internet issues that you think they would have put on their website or something considering I just drove 25 minutes just so I could tan here. Besides the planet fitness on Snow and Broadview this is by far the worst one yet.

The whole "No Judgement" mission makes Planet Fitness a great place to workout. We love how clean and nice this place is. We never feel self conscious going here. I see all age groups in all shapes and sizes coming here to workout. Everytime I come in, there are plenty of well maintained machines in good working order. Its a very rare site to see an "Out Of Order" sign on a machine. There is staff on hand to help with questions. The machines are well marked with illitrations of what muscle group a certain machine with work on. They have plenty of clean lockers in the locker room as well as a good amount of sinks and showers, should you need to shower after your workout. I would highly recommend this place for your health benefits

I genuinely do love this location.
For the past couple of years the Macedonia location left a really bad taste in my mouth. Staff was always rude and condescending, it was dirty and it just had bad vibes as to say and was going to cancel my membership completely. This has to be one of the nastiest locations I’ve ever visited, and unfortunately, by no fault of the staff. In comparison to other locations I’ve visited, this location has the highest prevalence of people not cleaning off their machines that I’ve probably ever seen. The bid is especially true on the machines in and the 30 minute workout area. I highly recommend that if you’re going to go here, make sure you clean the machines not only after you’re finished, but before you get on them too, because just within my 20 minutes in that area of the gym, three different people used the same machine, and none of them cleaned it off. Super unhygienic and overall just disgusting.

This location..... where do i start my list of complaints?! I guess here: How dare you be open for over a year and I not have any knowledge of it. (Because this is of course your fault... the laziness to research anything for myself, that fault falls purely on the business owner). I’m new to working out and don’t know anything about what perks the membership gets me. How to use the equipment, just learned by asking someone about spraying down the machines.

I was told nothing not even where the lockers where. Every question I asked felt like pulling teeth. I’m here, trying to learn how everything works but I guess I’ll have to google my questions because the staff won’t help. First of all the initial amount down is nuts considering it's the most basic gym in town. Also it didn't state anywhere in the stuff I read that you needed a black card to bring a guest, only that you need a black card to visit any PF. Also the hours stated on Google are wrong. So after visiting twice and paying $51 they were closed then we were denied because my guest didn't have her own membership. The lady took my picture so she knows I just signed up and wasn't willing to make an exception for the last 30 minutes before they close. $51 dollars and we couldn't get 30 minutes. I'll be getting my money back and driving further to another gym, with prejudice.

One of the worst places of Planet Fitness I have ever been at as a now former member of pleasant valley in Parma Ohio. The staff member was rude and abrasive with me as a paying customer because my machine was making a noise that it was upsetting the other customers that were more important than me he said. At that point it was the worst interaction with any planet fitness member I’ve ever come across on a Sunday at 7pm at night with only 8 people in the club working out. I asked to see a manager, he refused to even give me access to the manager because apparently they were not there to supervise the staff that night. I asked for a refund since they didn’t mark the machine as a defect or even apologized to me for how I was talked down upon. At that point it was clear that this location at Pleasant Valley did not value me as a customer nor care about the safety of the equipment.
