It’s a clean environment. They have anything you would need/ want. The space is larger than other locations. I would prefer more space between the equipment but it’s not a big deal. The staff at the front is sometimes in their own world. When I do engage with them, they are always helpful, pleasant and professional. Other reviewers mention the water fountain issue; It’s working as of now.

They still haven’t changed the hours back after Covid it’s been years, hours still are 24 hours every day and some of the equipment could use an update, I really dislike the Saturday and Sunday hours, to close every Saturday and Sunday at 9 pm is thee worst, I could see 9 or 11pm, especially cause yall claim it’s 24 hours

the one employee at night either ignores me when i try to go tan, or doesn’t see me at all as he is usually on his phone or sleeping. it is kind of disappointing because usually i can’t come earlier and I am paying for a black card membership just to tan and half the time i am not even able to because i just end up leaving after waiting a few minutes and im to scared to say anything.

It's either full of kids just screwing around on the equipment or people sitting on equipment scrolling through their phones. The desk attendants usually have their heads buried in their phones also. The men's locker room is disgusting most of the time. It used to be a decent gym...now it's a waste of time.

Today I witnessed a small thin boy around 6 or 7 in the gym
The dad had him on the treadmill
.then he put him on the bike
Could barely reach the pedals
.the child went to the free weights and pulling weights off the racks..didn't see the dad
Dad was somewhere....
Since when do 7 yr Olds come in the gym and go on all the machines? Isn't this a liabilty?

I've tried to maintain a consistent 3 to 4 day during the week gym schedule, Depending on.
Your workout regimen, what you actually do when you go there, going in the late afternoon early to middle evening. There's just too many people there to get a decent workout in. So it's actually better to go early morning.

Go to a different PF. The water fountain is broken and takes forever to fill. No monitoring is done for equipment. I’m currently see a guy with 4 different sets (8 total) of weight around him rather than just taking what he needs when he needs it while another guess is dropping his weight to the ground. I wish this was the first time but it’s to common now. I’m switching. I have never had an issue with staff and they are very friendly hence at least giving them 2 stars. Been going here for 2 years and I’m honestly sad to see this become more relevant.

I go 4-5 times a week and feel welcome every time. The staff are wonderful and the people are awesome too. Have met real nice people there and they are super helpful. Recommend for anyone that is afraid to start weight loss journey this is definitely the place.

As a company with the slogan "judgement free zone", you shouldn't simultaneously has signs calling guys who wear body builder tank tops and drinking water from a gallon jug, "a lunk". That's pretty clear judgement of someone else. Guess it's fashionable to not live by our words these days though.... What a joke

Very clean, they did a great job placing the machines. Most machines there are only one, so timing is key when switching machines. The bathroom is big with lots of lockers to store your bag. The employees are super friendly.

This gym is great, definitely recommend it! Well all the Planet Fitness gyms in Parma are up to par but we love going to this location simply out of convenience.

The gym is clean, well laid out machines, everything you need to get fit and stay fit. After normal work hours (4pm-6pm) the place is more busy than normal, but you should have no problem finding a workout machine to use. The employees are always helpful and greet you as soon as you walk in. Never had a problem with any of our fellow peers working out, everyone has been great.

Keep up the great work PF crew. I appreciate keeping the place clean and organized. I recommend it to anyone looking for a new workout home to get fit.

**I will end by saying, my review has my name attached to it. I go to this gym every other day. In fear of retaliation I won't put down the issues I have with the gym or a certain unprofessional employee. When planet fitness emails me and asks for my review is when I air my grievances and I hope they go to the proper people.**

I joined about 3 weeks ago, with this location as my home gym. As a newbie, the staff has been great in answering any questions I have and has helped me understand how some of the machines work. Everyone that works there is friendly. I see staff regularly cleaning the place and have never been there when it wasn't in great condition. staff are nice, and machinnes seem clean. Biggest issue are that the restroom (mens) are disgusting 🤮. Theres dust and debris tracing the inside, splashes kf dried urine on thr urinals , stalls, and floor. It needs to be kept up better, and shouldn't smell like public square. Previous tanners trash left in the tanning bed room. Leads me to believe the beds are not cleaned either. I also started to come here for instead of Rocky River. I like this one better. When I moved from Texas, Rocky River changed me to their club immediately. When I asked this location to change me to here because I use their facilities now and I’d like to pay them, both people I asked didn’t know how and told me to go back to River and have them change me. Guess they are not too concerned about it.

I've been a member at this primary gym location for almost a year and within that time frame they have yet to get any new bulbs in their tanning every one of their beds is outdated I have to literally drive 20 minutes to other planet fitnesses to tan because it's the only reason I even pay $27 a month to be a member and it said that I have to drive to other locations because their beds in the bulbs are that bad

Planet Fitness is supposed to be a "no judgement zone" where everyone is welcome and not like other gyms, which are overly aggressive, but the music here has been aggressively loud. I asked nicely for it to be turned down and it wasn't, which is not supporting the spirit of Planet Fitness. I shouldn't be able to feel the base when the music is on. Obnoxious. I couldn't hear my own playlist in headphones.
