Unfortunately with going there for a good bit of time I have to change my review. Some of the staff are decent however not so much with the new staff. However the place needs some work and repairs. Along with some equipment. I give it 1 stars due to the fact. It seems you have to clean up after other people. Or constantly reracking weights. Or dealing with the un courtesy of others. The staff seems to be unhelpful and sarcastic.

Great gym, stays clean and well organized. Wondering if you’ll ever add more free weights? Dumbbells up to 120LBs and EZ bars up to Atleast 100 would be perfect.

I've been going to PF for a while now and am very happy. Everyone is friendly and polite.
One improvement point...The app almost never says it's very busy.
The other day I was in, and there was no parking. All except 2 treadmills were full. There were 4 or 5 people in the 30 minute fitness room waiting for other lifting areas to open up, the tanning beds were booked out, and there were still several people in the locker rooms.
In the app the "crowdmeter" said "2". I'm not sure how it gets it's data, but I'd say it was very wrong.

My first gym and I enjoy coming here on my days off for a couple hours, feel some accomplishment getting through some sets. I only have nitpicks, I wish they had a wellness pod like in Perrysburg, or maybe the hip abduction/adduction machines like New Castle PA, but very happy with coming here.

i went to this gym while completing my degree. the staff were always very nice and did a great job at keeping the facility clean. once i moved back home i was having difficulty transferring my home club, and they helped resolved it immediately. this club provides a very welcoming, small town vibe unlike any other pf i’ve been to.

I've been to many PF locations and Tiffin's is definitely the nicest. The staff is attentive and always cleaning and stocking. The locker rooms are always pristine. They immediately put an elliptical "out of order" when I reported it broken. I travel alot, and this is my favorite PF.

First time going to this (tiffin, ohio) planet fitness. Myself and two of my closest friends received a free day pass. Now we are amateur body builders and go to a regular free weight gym and are not used to cable machines. We had a very productive workout session and probably had the biggest pump of the year. Why? Not for sure, but our experience was excellent and very positive. Will be going again.

Very clean. They have a huge selection of equipment. The employees make you feel comfortable. They explain everything very well and thoroughly. It is wheelchair accessible. I would definitely recommend.

Got the black card membership to tan and figured I could also workout, but the main reason I got the black card was to tan. Went into the gym, clicked in the time I wanted to tan, took a quiz (which asked my hair color, skin color, last time I was in the sun; etc). After I submitted my answers the gym in fact declined me of tanning. Even though I cancelled my membership today due to the inability to tan. They then told me they will charge my card for the next month too.

It's a good environment to workout in. The variety of machines ensures you won't get bored and and you can work any part of your body you want. The people are friendly and the staff are helpful. It can get rather busy in the afternoon, especially on the weekend, but it is now open 24 hours Monday-Thursday, so if you're a night owl, it's definitely worth it. The only con here is that the drinks are incredibly expensive, unless you're a black card member, so remember to bring your own.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I was told i had to go in to the facility to freeze my account so I did a few days later I had a charge on my account from them overdrafting my bank account they said they would refund what they took but they were not responsible for the overdraft. I would not suggest this crook of a business to my worst enemy.

So apparently Planet Fitness does NOT honor ADA requirements. And they do NOT abide by the governor's (unconstitutional) order on masks, which quite CLEARLY states those with medical disabilities are exempted. Look up Trigeminal Neuralgia/AKA The Suicide Disease and what the Facial Pain Association says about the most painful ailment known to medical practice, and explain to me why you would not make an exemption. Shameful.
