I Love Planet Fitness! I love feeling good and looking good and there's everything I need there to be able to do that. I love that I can just do my own thing and everyone else is doing theirs. The staff is very friendly and it's always clean. Joining Planet Fitness was one of the best things that I have ever done for myself. I do have a little bit of a problem with the people who don't just do what they need to on the weight machines but instead keep them tied up sitting and talking to others or scrolling on their phone. If they could just do what they need to and wipe the machine and move on it would help others to be able to do their workout too.

The staff at this particular location are completely incompetent. First I I called to see if my son who is 13 can work out at the gym with me BEFORE I purchased the membership. I was told YES! I catch a LYFT spending money and then when I got there I was told I needed a birth certificate. This is not a problem however it could have been explained to me when I called and when I signed up. They have no knowledge of their billing or anything. After March 1st I will be going to Crunch fitness

Great planet fitness, large gym that has cardio, weight machines, free weights, interval training, and more. Large clean facility. The Black card spa even has cryo beds. Would highly recommend. The only negative is that it isn't open 24 hours.

I thought this place was great, staff seemed nice, but not today!! I arrived a little before 6AM, and by 6:20AM, THEY CUT MY LOCK OFF MY LOCKER!!! I HAD MY WALLET AND KEYS IN THERE AND THEY JUST CUT IT AND LEFT IT!! The guy at the desk thinks giving me a free lock will make it better?!?! So much disrespect, I've been coming here for YEARS. I unfortunately had to use this location due to my regular club was being remodeled and the manager here might be one of the biggest jerks I've ever met in my entire life and I bartended for 20 years. He should not be in customer service of any kind, like he should not be allowed to work with people. I will drive an extra 10 minutes to NOT have to use that club.

Ruined my day when I brought a guest with my black card. I forgot I had to run an emergency errand and was embarrassed by the person behind the counter being told I CANNOT leave them unattended. we both had to leave, forcing me reschedule my whole day... Also the entrance has gates blocking the walkway and the hours that are never consistent.

Every planet fitness in Toledo has a schedule that is inconveniently altered compared to every other planet fitness in the country! Monday at midnight until Friday at 9pm, every planet fitness should be open. Catch up Toledo! If this schedule was the regular I NEVER would have joined planet fitness. I workout at PF from Texas to eastern NY and have NEVER had this ridiculous schedule. Do better!

This place has a huge area with almost every equipment you need to work out. The good thing here is that the place is not that much crowded and is open 24 hours. I used to go whenever I get free from school or other assignments and jumped here to workout. They charge very lower fee and the staff there is very kind and supportive. They will answer your questions right away without any delay.

Love the variety of exercise machines and the massage area including (black card privileges) massage chair, total body enhancement and the hydra-massage are the cherries on top. Staff are nice and the facility is very clean. Clients don't always clean the machine so I recommend cleaning your machine before and after use.

I have been attending this gym for over a year with no complaints. However Today 1/8/21 the gym was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen it.Lots of equipment left on the ground near the weights. Shreds of paper towels on the ground. A huge Dirt stain near one of the treadmills. I hope this was just a one time thing.

I mean I’ve always liked planet fitness but NO ONE wears masks. Like in the entire gym almost. They don’t regulate their own rules set out. It’s super weird to be around. I’m not a stickler I mean if someone is hot I don’t care if they put it on their chin or off their nose Im not the cops. But like their masks aren’t even on their chins at all. Super odd.

I used to love this location. Since covid 19. Ame I have been hesitant to go work out. The first time I went a week ago about 40 people in gym about 1/4 was not wearing a mask a couple of people walking around with a mask in their hand. After workout, I was not sure if I was going to go back. Decided to go back was there 25mins ended up leaving, gym much busier more 60 percent of people not wearing a mask just carrying it around or in their pocket, some people not wiping down equipment or free weights, not doing the social distancing. Many people in areas that was to only have 2 or 4 people. I asked the front desk what their covid protocol was, she advised that mask must be worn at all times, I told her look around majority of the people are not Wearing them. All she said is that they were mandatory. Apparently they were not going to enforce it. I will not be going back to this location.

I think the facility is well run and well maintained. I especially enjoy the "judgment free" part of it. I like to go there for the treadmills and nothing else and no one's ever judged me for using just the treadmill.

I wish they could get one of the TVs tuned to CNN, though. They did have one tuned to ESPN, but that has disappeared, so now I'm stuck with watching Fox Sports Detroit or FNC while I do my daily walk. On an edit: One of the TVs is tuned to CNN.
