Employees are very good on first shift or opener. My problem is that some of the equipment is neglected for servicing missing or broken parts. Accessories for cable machine are a joke, there's never enough small straps. People are putting knots in them to accommodate them.

I’ve been coming to planet fitness since 2017 (on and off) and I have no complaints. The employees are always nice and make sure to communicate how long it will be for a bed to be ready or what ever may be going on which is great ! Justyn especially has always made my morning tanning session a good experience, he always greets with a smile and even gives recommendations on what I could do while I wait for my bed to be ready ! Anytime someone ask’s me a good place to tan or workout, I always say Planet fitness. Not only is the tanning better priced than other places, but the employees (at least in my experience) have always been polite and helpful ! 💜

I love the faculty and all the equipment and being able to tan and do massage beds. The biggest problem that i am having is at night time. When I get off work and want to workout then tan after I seem to always have to wait. I been waiting for almost 20 minutes now on the employee to be done cleaning the bathroom to come check me in. There is another customer that has been waiting 45 minutes and she apparently saw him and left without talking to him. Again I love the building but it’s rude and annoying to have to wait so long.

Asked if I could take my bike inside so it doesn't get stolen because I would be screwed. They said no! I'll be honest I've been to Many locations with a bike and never had an issue. So this first experience was annoying to deal with and there is no where to lock the bike up to which is the other problem! Will have to return eventually but won't be happy about it!

The Gym is fine but the cancellation process is ridiculous. You have to cancel in person at your home gym. I moved over an hour away. They said I would have to have my info transfered from my home PF to this one but of course the transfer won't go through until after my next bill is processed. I thought it was just me, but after reading numerous reviews, I’m now aware that this is a real issue. Mainly being the staff members are lazy. They don’t offer up any real assistance, while chitchatting amongst themselves at the front desk, or they’re on their phones. They don’t greet you when you enter the gym either. The tanning beds have malfunctioned on multiple occasions. Costing me my time & service. Being told that I’ll just have to wait 24 hrs to tan since it shows that I already had, when I did not. Checking in to tan, being ignored while waiting for them to check me into a bed that has no wait time. It really all comes down to the management & customer service. Honestly, there is nothing “judgement free” about this facility. If anything, it’s one of the worst gyms I’ve ever been to.

The staff has it in them to be nice but they are just socializing with the other staff, only on their phones and don’t even acknowledge a customer. Posted gym rules are a joke. Too crowded. People congregate and do nothing but talk and take up space. Too many weights not put back. “Saving” 2-3 work stations at a time is such bad form and especially during peak times it is way too crowded for that not to mention terribly rude. People are on phones more than actual exercising , posing taking pics in mirrors, yelling, singing loud..it is very distracting and demotivating. Equipment is “being cleaned & maintained” for a month at a time. Parking lot is a joke. There is so much potential for a huge improvement on the customer experience it is just so frustrating for a regular member who just wants to pay the fee, put my work in and enjoy the rest of my day. But I see zero effort from owner. Replies saying please talk to management is a huge brush off and unprofessional and laughable. So many members are leaving should be very concerning for you.

While clean, lower cost, and having decent equipment, this location doesn’t enforce the rules of PF (phone usage while using machines & talking on phone in exercise areas and it’s attire & not wiping down equipment.) People are on their phone constantly texting and talking while using machines, sitting in the way and preventing others from using them. Personnel do nothing about it even though there are repeatedly notified. During busy times we have walked out because of this. I terminated my membership and my spouse is considering it.

Overall not impressed with the experience. A number of staff members there more on the phones and conversing with each other than working. I couldn't find my ear phone case I had dropped on workout floor "dirty floors" they did a 15 second look at the front desk no offer to help look "I did find them with the help of others customers" biggest turn off was the cleanliness of the men's bathroom and showers two of the showerheads leak at the head no water pressure the whole area stank of stale urine and mildew said it's cleaned four times a day but showers have mildew and urinal flies all over that only happens when not cleaned for a long time not in just a few hours in-between shifts. Asked others in locker room said it's consistently like this 🤢 🤮

I've always had a decent experience aside from tonight... 1. The lady that was working was too busy talking to her coworker and folding washcloths to realize a bed was empty after the woman left so I sat there for a bit then went and made her aware the bed was empty and I'd like to use it (since I was the next one on the sign up sheet). She says "ok" and goes to start the timer.... I had to make her aware the bed was not cleaned and that I watched the woman leave the room and no one went in to clean it. She looked incredibly confused as to what I was saying. Then I go in to use the bed and I typically do 8 minutes in the affinity bed so I don't burn. I'm laying there thinking "man this has been a long time." I look up and I'm 9.5 minutes in. Once again, incredibly unprofessional and could really burn someone bad especially if it's their first time and they don't pay attention to the time inside the bed. Some people even fall asleep while tanning. So I make her aware that it went well past 8 minutes and that the bed was still going when I left the room. She responds with "ok, sorry I must have put the max amount."
Literally did not care whatsoever.
I know it's a more affordable membership considering tanning salons in the area are a bit more pricey but I guess this is when "you get what you pay for" comes into effect. Ladies and gents, please make sure you know the bed is cleaned and keep an eye on the time.

Love this gym and the team members, but I purchased the black card membership because of the hours I work. Now the advertise 24-hour gym has decided to close at SEVEN PM on WEEKENDS! That's hardly enough time for 9 to 5 workers to even get a workout after their job. The 24 hour plan was the entire reason I joined. I would imagine this is a decision that comes from corporate so I do not blame the local staff, but I am moving to a locally owned gym that operates as advertised. Many other gyms currently operate 24/7, there is no govt. restriction on it. I am disappointed to have to go after 5 years of membership.

I originally bought a membership here because of the hours I work. I work LONG hours and needed a gym that is open late... Great equipment as there is in every PF. The place is sanitary and the paper towels rarely are empty... but the staff are the least helpful out of any PF I’ve been to in the last 8 years. If you need a tanning bed they will act annoyed that you even asked for them to put any effort forth and have to leave their social circle, then they’ll stand around and talk to each other for a while before one decides to go clean a bed so you can use it. I would gladly just do it myself as it takes minimal effort and time. I now see why people talk down about the younger generations like us. Aside from that it’s a great place to workout for a very reasonable price.
