The Powel Crosley, Jr. YMCA in Springfield Township offers are variety of programs and amenities for members. Programs include gymnastics lessons, swim lessons, competitive swimming, gymnastics team, and more. Members enjoy free fitness classes, child watch while they work out, 3 year-round swimming pools, fitness center and more.

I love the fact that water therapy is available, in addition to a sauna, and workout room. I have a gym membership elsewhere but it is refreshing to simply go in and not have to be concerned about comparisons. Im apart of a family membership and glad to be apart of the Y community.

Another exortbitantly priced private facility generating someone billions of dollars. The community center down the street cost 25$ a year and is pretty much the same thing without a couple of the kids programs

The staff is fantastic, and everyone there has been so kind to me! I've met some really nice people, and I'm hopeful that I'll be able to join some groups in the future. I work weird night shift hours, so I wish the place was open 24/7, but I understand that that’s a lot to ask for. The membership price is a bit steep, but they offer certain discounts based on age or family status, and I believe it to be fair and worth it for most people, especially if pool access is a priority. The app is finicky, and there's a whole bunch of different apps in the store for various regions, so you'll need to make sure you have the right one- but there's links and QR codes on property. Overall, I'm really glad to have a gym membership with a pool and a great community. 5/5 <3

I love the "welcome " when I arrive, there are lots of activities and classes & I feel like I belong. Also a great community of like minded people that are enjoying being with others.I feel comfortable taking a class, just relaxing by the pool or in the lobby area. Since I retired I don't have the daily social interaction of work but I'm finding what I need at Powel Crosley Y.

It's more than a place to exercise--it's a community center. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean. There is free coffee! I love this YMCA location. The staff is very friendly and I like that the classes are for all ages and the groups are intergenerational. Aida and Natombi are the best!! I have taken other Zumba classes and this is the one I liked the best! It is obvious that the music selection is made by someone Latino and the choreography is very well done with the music, so if you pay a little attention to the dance and the songs, you can learn a little Spanish!! 😉

The facility seems clean, and the staff is very friendly. They try to have something for all ages to do, but it gets overcrowded. There is a water aerobics class at the same time family splash is happening, so the pool is too crowded and there is nowhere to swim

For some reason, all the silver sneakers classes. Got adults saving seats for other people who come late this morning i came to the class 40 minutes early and there were only 4 people in the class and i still couldnt seat in the seat that i been sitting in for the last 6 in the row , because someone put something in the chair saving for someone who comes in late. It's like 20 minutes after me. I have went to the front desk two times and even called in to the ymca couple on time with other people complaining as well . The teacher in the morning class said she couldn't say anything. When she Witness the hole thing. because spoke loud for everyone to hear me
