This used to be a good gym, not anymore They banned me because I asked for my refund back because Andrew was yelling at me the first day I signed up and Nicole was making it seem like I’m a bad person she wanted to banned me when she walked in One of the workers at the desk looked at her and said banned, and she smiled and said yes, talking about me and they had all my information on the front desk out in the open for a long time anybody could just get my information like A copy of my ID and more information about me and there’s always a lot of hostility towards me here

Gym had a ton of old and broken equipment. When trying to cancel my membership, they didn't know how to do it. They didnt know how to contact the company that handles all of their cancellations and had provided me outdated information. When I was finally able to track down the right number I discovered that it takes 30 days written notice to cancel. You will continue to be billed for that period of time. I ended up paying for an additional 3 months at the end of my membership because it took so long to figure this out. No one on customer service cared nor did anyone in the gym. They told me it was my loss.

Highly disappointed in how the business is run and I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone.

This gym would be awesome if- the other half of the cardio equipment actually worked, the plates on all of the weight cables didnt stick everytime, and the cables didnt get caught on the track creating a complete imbalance in resistance, especially on the lat pulls and cable rows. The equipment needs help and i want to love it.

Don't get me wrong, this is a good gym. Great equipment, clean, and good pricing. My biggest gripe is that it too clique-ish. Some people hoard the squat racks, deadlift platforms and benches. It gets super crowded after 4 and no one has good gym manners. Plus, cancelling is a joke. Called to cancel my membership, they ended mine but was still taking money out for my wife who was add on. SMH

I loved this gym the most out of the 4 gyms i’ve been a member of. It’s clean, you always see the same ppl, never crowded, the staff is super nice, locker room is great and people don’t steal, female hygiene is included in the bathroom. Though it’s price is high it’s worth it for me!

Only in the area for a few days, but I prefer power lifting gyms. Looked at this place and it hit the spot. Lots of machines with free weights, nice range of dumbbells. The area is a little cramped, but I don’t mind it. Would come back if I was staying in the area!

Dropped in while on vacation and have to say this gym is highly underrated. Tons of equipment some old and some new. All in good working order and staff was very friendly. Will definitely be returning before I leave!

Blown away this gym has a 5 star review. I moved 6 months ago, before I moved I came in the gym to cancel my membership. Man at the desk said ok we will get that taken care of good luck on your move. Little did I know they where going to just add me to there new system with ABC fitness and charge me for the next 6 months. ABC fitness uses an over seas call service that is impossible to talk to or get any answers from it, took me 2 hours to find out I had to still send a email to them and wait another 30 day while these Thieves at power shake get another payment from me. The woman at the desk was of no help and had a terrible attitude. This is why I don’t work out at these big gyms. They don’t care about there customers and they make it impossible to cancel. Go to a local gym do not sign up here. It will be a nightmare trying to leave. As my case is extreme, they know and want this so it makes it hard to leave and they can steal another month or 6 from you. It would have been easier to just change banks than deal with these people.

Cannot complain, Westerville location works for me. The gym is clean and well situated. The staff are always helpful and cordial. The weight lifting equipment I need and use for my regime are all here. Gym goers definitely do theirs and the availability for others like myself to get sets/reps in are appreciated. Definitely an atmosphere where gym etiquette (at least the times I go) is well observed! Definitely recommend!!

Basic lifting gym. Machines are maintained and seem clean, floors are a bit old and beat up, locker room is functional and showers work and are kept in working order and clean. Hasn't been too busy and people seem friendly, but not overly friendly like one of those "Social Gyms" where you can't use a machine because they are too busy using a machine as the speaking platform. Would give another stat if they would clean it up a bit more.

Straight-forward, no-frills gym with all the equipment you need to reach your fitness goals: Free weights, power racks, plenty of dumbbells and machines -- this is the place to be to get results. Doesn't provide a friendly atmosphere for people that are new to the fitness world. If you already know what you are doing I'm sure this is the place for you, for new people I would recommend you look into other facilities. We were only here a few months due to our apartment complex switching our gym membership provider, but we are happy with the new place we are going to.

No nonsense gym with plenty of free weights and equipment. Friendly staff as well. If you don't have Spectrum you can only use the WiFi for 30 minutes before you get kicked off. But other than that I love it.

I am a former member of Planet Fitness and definitely prefer it over here. The only reason I come here is because the membership is free with my apartment lease. The main complaint I have with this gym is that it is not very welcoming to people like myself who just go to get some exercise. This place caters to the "lunks" as PF calls them. This is evident in the amount of weightlifting equipment vs machines this place has. The bottom line is, if you are a person like me who is just going for fitness, you will definitely feel more welcome and accepted at Planet Fitness. I would NOT pay for a membership here.
