As a yoga instructor myself I know the benefits of yoga, but I take it for granted. My new chapter in life is caring for my 91 year old mother, so I have not been able to make it into the studio as often as I should and boy is it showing. I have been experiencing tightness and aches and pains that I usually don’t have. I was nervous thinking I had a muscle strain in my right knee. I decided to go to Anthony’s class on Monday just to be in the heat and do what I could. I felt like a new person after! The heat along with the strengthening and stretching of the poses released all of my tightness and I feel the sweating removed the toxins built up from all of my stress. As uncomfortable as people may feel in a hot yoga class, I can’t express how helpful this practice is for your physical and mental well-being 🪷 Must try!

10/10 experience. Was looking around for hot yoga, and came across this one. I took the hot flow class and the temp in studio was perfect! Finished the experience with time in their infrared sauna and cold plunge tub. I will definitely be back!!
