Submitted a form for a day pass and no one contacted me. Went to the member sign up website and there is an error so you can't complete the process. Called the number for the gym and got no answer. I'd like to try the gym but there seems to be no way to do so.

I started coming to this gym 3-4 months ago because it is on my way home from work. I am so happy that I went to check it out. The staff and clientele are always so pleasant! There is lots of space- and there is usually very little to no wait to use equipment.

The management at this facility never returns calls or responds to any messages. I changed jobs and the hours of group fitness classes did not fit with my work schedule. Unfortunately, I had paid for a year membership and could not get a refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you plan to just use the equipment and not have any interaction with the staff.

Switched from planter fitness.

Lots of wear and tear on the machines that they do not replace. Is not cleaned frequently.

They don’t use the AC in the summer.

I’m lucky I stumbled upon this place during my quick stay in the area. The owner and people who work there are always really friendly and helpful, and the space is huge and clean. It’s equipped with everything you need, and I appreciate that there is more than 1 squat rack. I have not taken any classes so can’t comment on those.

This is the 2nd time a power house gym ripped me off a couple $100. Do not go here. They are very rude and just care about your money. It was a nightmare!! Not worth it at all!

This gym's management is not reliable. I've been calling for weeks, left voicemails and emails and have never gotten a response.
I've even gone to the gym in person during "open" hours to find no staff there to help me with my vizpin account (which you need to unlock the door).
At this point I feel like my money is being stolen because I can't get in the door unless another member is there to let me in, I'm tempted to call my bank and have them cancel any further payments to this gym until management can actually show up and answer their phone or at least BE THERE during open hours.

I am so happy I came across this gym. As someone that feels intense gym anxiety I instantly felt welcomed and at home. Dwight was so friendly from the moment I walked into the door and took the time to show me around the gym and where everything was. So I just started coming to this gym and I like it! They've been open for a few years now so everything still looks clean and new. The owners are extremely nice and run a good operation here. There's a couple of large rooms you can use at any time other than class time. There's tons of space here so you don't feel like you're on top of anyone. All the machines are Matrix brand and have quick guides to show you how to use it. You can even scan a QR code and see a video guide if you're new to a piece of equipment. There's a good selection of cardio equipment as well and a room full of spin bikes. They offer classes which I haven't done yet but the sounds good. There's loads of free weights to choose from. They have a personal trainer on site too. Over all the facility is clean and looks taken care of. The lockers and bathrooms are clean. Showers are a big plus as a few gyms in the area don't have them. If you're looking to go to the gym for the first time, look no further. If you've been going to a gym and looking for something new, check them out! They also make shakes and have a bunch or supplements on hand. For what you're getting $30 a month isn't bad.

Being new to the area, I shopped around for a new gym for a bit. Toured 3 others before I stopped in at Powerhouse and was immediately floored by the superb layout and variety of equipment. The owner, Dwight, is very friendly, always here in the mornings, and ensures that the main floor, locker rooms, and class rooms are virtually spotless.
