I highly recommend. Power Vinyasa Flow on Sunday mornings with Kristen. Her mantras help me get into the correct head space not only for the class but for the week ahead.

As a person who enjoys a good sweat, I love the heated room. Be sure to bring a full water bottle so you can hydrate yourself during class and a towel to dry yourself at the end.

I’ve been going for a decade, and don’t know what I would do without this place. The community, the care, physical and mental wellness it provides. There are a variety of classes and teaching styles, and they do a great job of mixing it up and trying new things, while keeping a consistent schedule of favorites. I always look forward going to class and seeing new and familiar faces.

Often instructors have asked what body areas I might like to work on, in a way that makes each class tailored to the participants, rather than a pre-set cookie cutter type of class - fantastic!

Yin Classes have been incredibly restorative.
Vinyasa classes seem to have a slower pace (than other studios I have attended), which allows more time in each pose.

They have a cool contest going on this month. Give this studio a try, soo worthwhile!

I've been attending classes at this studio for a little over a year now, and this has become an absolute essential part of my life. Yes, I feel so much stronger. My body can do things at 44 that I couldn't do at 24 or 34. But I also feel healthier and more balanced, more resilient. There are classes for all levels and different styles of practice, but no matter which one I've walked into I just always feel this sense of goodness. I feel good to be in my skin. To do something good for my body and my mind. To take the time and just be present.

I've been practicing yoga here at Practice Yoga Cincinnati for almost a month, and I couldn't be more grateful for all the teachers. They keep the workouts at a perfect pace—challenging yet incredibly effective. I've noticed some positive changes in myself since I started. Initially, I stuck to the non-heated classes, as the idea of heated/warm sessions seemed daunting. But I finally took the plunge, and now I can't get enough of them! This place truly instills a sense of calmness and tranquility. The community here is fantastic, and the overall vibe is so welcoming. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle the day. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I came here with a family member while in town for the holidays and did a 75 min hot yoga on her guest pass. It was really great, my first hot yoga experience. It was very challenging, but also very much within my own limits. The instructor found a great balance of being encouraging me to find and push my own limits while meeting me where I currently am in my practice. I hope I get to go again someday.

There are classes if you are looking for a more athletic challenge, and classes to compliment all the athletic work your body already does!

Even more fulfilling is the sense of community and appreciation that all the staff brings into the classes. There is nothing corporate about this place. It is real people, in real life coming together and sharing a part of themselves for everyone to enjoy. This is what separates Practice Yoga Cincinnati from other studios. They really are glad YOU are there.
