My girlfriend and I have been taking lessons for the past month. The experience has been great and Oksana and Kyrylo have both been very welcoming and professional. They take the time to help the students understand the dances but also push us to constantly improve. In preparation for our daughter’s wedding, my wife and I began searching for a location to get ballroom dancing lessons. Thank God we found pure ballroom dancing just a short drive away in Warren, Ohio. Just a couple of lessons in and we are already gaining confidence And dance competence! Oksana and her husband are true professionals in every way. If you have ever watched the television show, dancing with the stars, and always wished that you could learn, Pure Ballroom Dance is the place to go! Love the positive and nonjudgmental vibe in the instructors and fellow dancers! Although we initially just wanted to learn some new skills to not embarrass ourselves and our children at the wedding, we are now ALL IN! It’s a great date night activity for us to do something fun together, while also spending time with great people, learning new skills and getting great exercise! I have danced with this studio since it opened several years ago, and I have never been disappointed. The instructors, Oksana and Kyrylo, are professional, and very talented, dancers and instructors. The atmosphere in the studio is welcoming and friendly. The private lessons are made to your personal level of dance, but they encourage and teach you to dance to higher skill
levels as you progress. The group classes are excellent , covering basics and nuances useful for all dance levels. And the practice parties are fun and relaxing and an opportunity to get to know your fellow students. I cannot recommend this studio highly enough.

My fiancé, Ray, and I drove an hour to take lessons and it was so well worth the drive! Oksana took our song and choreographed a beautiful dance that we learned step by step. Oksana is so well accomplished as a professional dancer and she is also an outstanding teacher. Oksana met us where we were at and was patient and encouraging throughout. The lessons were a fun activity and we are thrilled that we will be relaxed and in the moment with a dance that was made for us on our wedding day. I recently had the pleasure of taking ballroom lessons at Pure Ballroom, and I can confidently say that Oksana and Kyril are true professionals in dance sport.

I came to their studio with no dance experience, and wanted to check it out because I always thought it looked like fun on TV and a good way to stay in shape. I just walked in and introduced myself and stayed for the class that they happened to be doing that day. It was SO much fun 🥰 They are awesome instructors, very good, and very good at teaching how to do the steps for the dances. They are fantastic international dancers themselves, and want to pass their great knowledge and love for dance to others 🤗 Both the instructors and students are very welcoming and friendly, and I couldn't wait to go back again 😍 I have been there a few times now, and absolutely love it 😁 Looking forward to being a regular, having lots more fun, and learning lots more dance 💖 Would highly recommend 💞

The two owners/instructors, Oksana and Kyrylo made us feel welcome from the start. The environment is relaxed and not high pressure, even though it is a full studio with some of its students entering various ballroom competitions. Every month's schedule is filled with group lessons, social dances, and often a featured visiting instructor and/or upcoming competition. Oksana and Kyrylo clearly love what they do and their enthusiasm is contagious. They are always trying to make your dancing better, and it makes the time a little challenging but fun. Also, separately or together, they are like seeing poetry in motion, even when Oksana or Kyrylo is just walking through some steps to demonstrate something in a lesson. It shows you how beautiful dance can be and it gives you something to aim for.

You will not find a more patient or kind instructor as Oksana. She is passionate about dance and it shows.
