At Queen City Kettlebell our mission is to serve others by providing a comprehensive approach to both body and mind, where our programs result in members moving better and becoming stronger.

I’ve been coming to Queen City Kettlebell for almost a year now and training with Coach Emma has been such a great experience! Emma has helped me get stronger and make so much progress in the gym. I didn’t know much about weightlifting prior to coming here so Emma has made me feel so safe while I was learning and made sure I wasn’t hurting myself. The environment is super friendly and motivating! Can’t recommend it enough!

I've been training at QCKB for over a year now and would highly recommend it. You could be a total beginner petrified of the gym, or an experienced athlete - if you're looking for conditioning and strength training, this is an excellent place to be. The combo of friendly coaches with great training expertise and a great community is a perfect fit for me. Ask DJ about his undying love for Tom Petty.

Stopped by to check out QCKB tonight and to see what they have to offer. These guys are the real deal. DJ and team have a great, clean space and have great exercise programming.

I have been going to QCKB for almost 5 years and it has changed the way I view fitness. At 44, I am the strongest I have ever been. But more than that, I enjoy the community of people and the environment that DJ and the coaches have created. I love seeing familiar faces in a personalized environment each day that I train. I HIGHLY recommend QCKB! The facility is super clean and has one of the best atmospheres of a gym I’ve ever been to! Amazing music, individualized training and good people make it hard to stay away! It is for sure something I look forward to every week! DJ is incredibly patient with all of my questions and Emma does an amazing job at both showing empathy when I want to give up but also pushing me to do more! Literally couldn’t have found a better gym to be a part of.

I have been coming to QCKB for almost five years and love it! I have gotten so much stronger and more confident. Coaches are amazing, very knowledgeable, and even have individualized weekly training plans. The coaches are great for all ages and skill levels. I have trained wth DJ at QCKB since 2017. You won't find a better blend of expert coaching, customized training, and engaging culture. I have benefited from the broad range of training modalities QCKB offers--while kettlebells feature heavily (pun intended), we also regularly use the wide array of equipment in the gym, from squat racks, to benches, to stuff you'll rarely see in other gyms (e.g., Bulgarian bags). Depending on your fitness goals, QCKB will dial in your training program to include the right mix of strength training, conditioning, and flexibility. If you're an athlete who has focused perhaps too much on one aspect of your training--in my case, that was cycling, to the exclusion of everything else--DJ and the team can help you restore balance. You will meet folks from around the city, all of whom are coming to the gym for unique reasons. Check it out!

I am 41 and prior to training with DJ I have never strength trained in my life. I am tall 6’5 with L4&L5 disc issues. DJ and the coaches at QCKB have been able to customize my training to my specific body type and back needs.

QCKB has a great culture with very kind training partners and coaches. I highly recommend training 3 days a week here. 5 stars.
