My daughter has been going here for several years and it's been an amazing experience for her! She has learned so much about respect and discipline as well as getting stronger and more confident. She always looks forward to going and participating. Highly recommend!!

Sensei is a tough master, but great at keeping kids moving and learning. He teaches respect for others but also to respect themselves. The adult classes are also great for learning self - defense and getting in a killer workout.
