Very unprofessional! For example they yell at kids when just making a simple mistake and teach there students to give people the Death Stare when just in a beginner’s mindset!

I was there recently and there was some miscommunication between the staff and the parents. The lady who came to talk to us was very rude and unprofessional. There were several of us there just asking questions and her tone was completely out of line and she could have gotten better results by just being polite and professional. She said she represented the owner and if I was the owner I wouldn’t want this lady representing me.
