The studio is beautiful and so peaceful a perfect setting for Yoga. All the instructors are wonderful and kind. I would definitely recommend this studio.

There are too many canceled classes. I understand the challenges that the owner is experiencing due to COVID. HOWEVER, canceling classes (and taking no accountability for it) because actually having a backup instructor costs too much is not an appropriate response. Expecting students who are paying for memberships to change their schedules to accommodate the cancelations is not an appropriate response. There have been frequent issues with the website. And the owner can be rather slow in attending to basic maintenance issues. For example, the downtown studio went for around a month without toilet paper in the women's bathroom despite it being brought to her attention several times. There was (maybe still is - I haven't been in several weeks) a grate hanging precariously from the ceiling at Fairfield for weeks. It was also brought to her attention. Other instructors have had to keep students away from that area lest it fall on them. It is marketed as a hot yoga studio. The classes at Fairfield are rarely hot because someone has to be there to manually turn on the infrared panels which take time to heat up. That more often than not doesn't happen although the panels do heat up by the end of class. Accountability issues.

I took the beginner class twice with a few years in between and both times were very pleasant. The instructor was easy to follow and demonstrated what needed to be done. I don't live in the area anymore but if you're nearby I would definitely recommend.

A GEM! Wonderful yoga space in Fairfield! Nina's & Tian's classes are especially excellent - relaxing music, wise sequencing with good cues and the gently heated space all make for an amazing yoga practice.
